I went to All American Subaru to look at the Crosstrek. Iryna introduced herself and answered all my questions. We sat and discussed the options I would want and she explained it may take a few weeks to g Iryna introduced herself and answered all my questions. We sat and discussed the options I would want and she explained it may take a few weeks to get the vehicle as I wanted manual transmission and a specific color. Iryna called me within two days and explained a vehicle was enroute with the options I wanted but it was a different color, would I be intrested in seeing that vehicle. I told her I would check it out. I went back to the dealership lot a few days later to look at the color that was available and Iryna saw me and took time to come outside and show me a similar vehicle. Iryna kept me informed by email and phone about the progress of the vehicle. I would like to add that I had my nephew with me at the dealership and was impressed by the way the people at All American treated him. When the vehicle arrived, Iryna called me. I went to the dealer to discuss financing and complete the paperwork. I was in and out in less than an hour. The entire transaction was stress free, at no time was I pressured and it was handled very profressionally. Iryna gave me a complete explanation of the vehicle and even programed my cell phone to the blue tooth in the vehicle. Paul introduced himself and explained options available with the dealership and welcomed me to the Subaru family.
