This is my third Subaru and the second one from this dealership. The reason why I like Subaru is that they do not break down easily and it is a four wheel drive. Everytime I would bring my other car for maintenance she will always approach me and ask. So she got my attention. We knew the process takes a while and this is not my first experience. We went to this dealership 6 years ago and got the Tribeca limited edition on Mother's Day. Chuck Boyle was the sales representative and he was always on queue for every anniversary and b-day. Just like a member of the family. The only draw back are the financial people which I think they kinda lack professionalism maybe because the deal is almost sealed. It is just a formality of just signing the contract. This fall true to our transaction 6 years ago and 2 weeks ago. In a couple of years, I will need to buy another Subaru for my son. I hope that those on the financial end of the dealership will change their ways of dealing with customers. Never got anything from the dealership for buying a new car. At least Iryna gave me a mini flashlight. Some dealership would give T-shirts and umbrella. More

Once we made our decision she searched the incoming inventory and found the car we were looking for and kept us informed as we waited for the car to come in. The day we came to pick up our new car, we found it parked right out front waiting for us. Iryna took us for a final test drive, showed us all of the controls in the car, helped us set up our phones to work, and answered all of our questions. While I met with the finance personal, she sat with our daughter and helped her set up her phone to work with the car as well. Iryna then took us to the parts and service departments and introduced us - making us feel even more confident in our choice of dealership. I would definitely recommend Iryna to others! More

I’ve spoken with a few Associates from other dealerships, many talking right over me, not listening to my needs and some even trying to lead me to a used car, where I suspect the margin of profit might be hi many talking right over me, not listening to my needs and some even trying to lead me to a used car, where I suspect the margin of profit might be higher. I made an appointment with George, we met, after a short discussion we went onto the lot so I could see the inventory. He quickly presented the differences between the three models. We also discussed a few options that I "thought" I had to have in a new car. As I discovered through our conversation, some options are worthwhile, some are not. George also gave me the opportunity to order a car with specific options from the factory. Never pushing me toward purchasing a car that was already in inventory or an immediate purchase. I was impressed with his low-key sales. I decided on an Outback that was already in inventory. The initial price was a little high for my budget. We then went back to the lot and found the car that was a perfect fit. A few more minutes with pricing and it was a done deal. George was a decision maker. There was no going back and forth to this manger and that manager for approvals. He made the deal and it was done. I could not have asked for a better a Sales Associate. It goes without saying, George walked me totally through the car’s interior and explained the various controls. He also set up my Bluetooth, which was much appreciated. This Subaru dealership offered terrific financing, that I was not expecting to use, but could not turn down. Onto the Credit Department where Carlos presented different options for additional warranty. Again, another Associate that knew his business. I left with a new car. My first and only contact with the Service Department has been a good one. Since the car had to be returned for the installation of a remote-starter, George said to contact him when I was ready and he would take care of the details and a loaner car. After dropping him an email as to my preferred date, he took it from there. I arrived at the Service Department, all my paper work was setting there ready to go, climbed into a loaner and off I went. Upon return, the Service Agent showed me how to use the new remote-start fob. As I was leaving, I asked the Agent another question about the car's interior controls. At that moment, a Tech walked in from the service garage and said, without prompting , let me go out to your car with you and I'll answer any questions you might have. Which he did, with a smile on his face! Mike was his name. Good guy. I will return to All American Subaru and to George Villafane. More

I purchased a 2012 Subaru Forester last year in September and loved my new car. Unfortunately, less than a year later I was the victim of an accident that resulted in the total loss of my car. I walked away and loved my new car. Unfortunately, less than a year later I was the victim of an accident that resulted in the total loss of my car. I walked away from the accident with only a stiff neck for 2 days and then I was fine. I believe my Subaru had something to do with that. I knew I wanted to get another Forester, but my insurance company took two months to determine whether the car was going to be a total loss. Iryna and Bernie met with me and listened to my story. Bernie said not to buy a car until the insurance company came through with the total loss. He then extended the end of the month deal he was going to give me and said he would honor it any time I could come in. Iryna continued to follow up without pressuring me to buy. After getting approval from my insurance company, I called Iryna and made an appointment to see her Saturday morning at 9:30. When I arrived, my car was already cleaned and ready to go. I spent about an hour and a half going over all the paperwork and financing. Bernie kept his word and held the price. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
