Purchased a car here end of January 2017, A week later I realized the passenger side speaker has a severe rattling problem even at barely audible volu Purchased a car here end of January 2017, A week later I realized the passenger side speaker has a severe rattling problem even at barely audible volumes. The clutch felt very weird in my brand new WRX. Dropped it off the first time a Week later and 2 days later got a call saying my car's speaker was rattling and has been repaired: IT WAS NOT REPAIRED AND WAS STILL VERY MUCH PRESENT. They discounted my clutch claim COMPLETELY. 2 weeks later I was very fed up with the speakers in my BRAND NEW car which I purchased from them, Took the car back on a friday and left it there. (I did not have an appointment so they looked at my car monday which I completely understand). Their service rep named "Lawrence" called me telling me the speaker rattle was only at volume 26 and that you cant raise the volume past this point. - Please explain why the 5 other speakers in the car will not rattle a single bit except for that single one? Lawrences explaination? "The Passenger side door has no controls, just a window up and down switch, so it rattles in there for that reason". Mechanic took my car out on a test drive with me telling me indeed the clutch felt weird and he acknowledged my concern. He dropped me off back at the dealer and said let me go drive the car some more and see what's going on. He claimed to own 2 WRX's that are fully modded and that my car is nothing new to him. Whats next? He comes back 20 minutes later and tells me that there is an STi in the shop and that the vibration and gritty feeling clutch im experiencing is normal for these cars. You own 2 wrx's and acknowledge my concern on a test drive, And then you come back 20 minutes later and tell me its normal and that's how it is from the factory? Mind you this was their lead foreman mechanic. I will NEVER take my car here for service and I feel horrible that I gave them my business. I will never purchase another car from this family of dealerships. Their staff is underinformed, and blows smoke so they dont fix your brand new car. Note : This is strictly a service complaint. wasted time I had driven the car previously and went back to purchase. Other people came in two hours behind us, test drove and were on their way a full hour before us. I certainly don't recommend dealing with All American Subaru. More

2nd Subaru and Great Buying Experience It took me about a year to decide on buying a new Subaru... As a matter of fact I visited not only this dealership but others within the tri-county ar It took me about a year to decide on buying a new Subaru... As a matter of fact I visited not only this dealership but others within the tri-county area and did extensive web searches concerning the 2016 models. On each visit to this particular dealership I was met by Iryna Obolonchyk and she was very welcoming and readily able to let me look around and answer my questions. No Pressure, just a nice chat and her business card with her hours at the dealership. By the time I was ready to purchase, several months later, she remembered me and was able to help me make the right decision for my needs. Within a week I was back, met with Iryna again... and in 3 hours I drove home in my brand new Subaru a very happy camper. Thank You, All American Subaru for outstanding customer service, and the ease of financing process. And most importantly, "no pressure" to buy "today". More
Brought car in for service and problem was not fixed I dropped my car for service the night before my appointment was first thing the next day. I didn't receive a call at all the next day and when I cal I dropped my car for service the night before my appointment was first thing the next day. I didn't receive a call at all the next day and when I called them they couldn't find any record of my car. I was then told it was being diagnosed. I was called back 1 hour later and told they count find any problems. I feel like they just did not want to perform the warranty work. I brought my car to another Suburu dealer 2 days later and they replaced the defective part and the noise is now gone. I will not be going back to this dealer for future service or to purchase my next Suburu. More
