Casey has texted that they are waiting for loaner cars to come back in. Unfortunately my wife needs an 8 way passenger seat to accommodate her disability. The car is not safe to drive the way it is functioning after my visit last Wednesday!! I called Friday morning to report the new issues I was experiencing. I know Casey told me that the part they ordered she did not have an ETA which was fine, however, I have a trip scheduled and paid that I cannot get a refund or credit on coming up. I am surprised that I was not contacted by Subaru since there was a recall since May for the VDC braking system. I feel this is a major safety issue that Subaru has dropped the ball on from corporate. I am hoping that All-American contacts me that they have a loaner SUV to get , hoping the Forester does not brake down getting their from Staten Island. Mike assured me once the part came in he would hold the Forester for a week or more to make sure everything was working properly before returning the SUV to me. That is great but after the reprogramming of the VDC the starting of the SUV has gotten severely worse. Perhaps an engineer from Subaru should come to the All-American dealership to resolve the problem, since the resolution listed in May 2024 did not solve the problem. The problem is with the engineering of the 2019 Forester Touring, not the people at the dealership. More
