Leasing for the First Time I had been procrastinating for over a year about leasing a vehicle. He listened to my needs and spent the time explaining the leasing process. Rudy was patient and extremely helpful in every aspect from beginning to end. Finally a Great Customer Service I recently went to this dealership for service and I usually leave either upset or just okay. This time I was checked in by Ken and he made it an exc I recently went to this dealership for service and I usually leave either upset or just okay. This time I was checked in by Ken and he made it an excellent experience. He was so nice but the most important thing was that he said he will take care of it and will call me when the part arrives in two days. He did call me in two days just like he said he would. In my experience dealing with the service department and others that work there, they don't follow through with their words. I have to call them and ask where my part is and when I ask why didn't someone call me their reply is "I don't know." No apology! Now, I know who to go to. Thank you Ken! More

This is why I keep returning to All American Ford. I've been purchasing Ford trucks since 1977, and have over the years owned 8. I shop around alot to compare prices for the best deal. From the beginning, Larry was straight-forward, honest and organized. We worked on a price the first night, and the next day gave he gave me a followup phone call. I continued shopping around and kept Larry informed what I was doing. I went to several other local Ford dealerships but ended up back at All American. Larry had the best price, but his professionalism, organizational skills and honesty are what made me purchase my 3rd truck from All American. The sales staff also made followup phone calls on our sale progress and treated you like a customer should be treated. That's why I've been coming back and buying since 1996. Great job Larry and staff! More

Along the way every question I had was methodically and efficiently answered. No sales pitches or cheesy ploys, just the facts. When we agreed on a price and I went to pick up the car Vivian had the everything ready, -The car was ready, the Financing people were ready, etc etc. Its a joy these days to have someone under promise and then over deliver. Not only will Vivian get my return business, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. Give her a shot, you wont be sorry. More
