Ryal did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable, having purchased 3 vehicles at this location, but with another salesman, so this was my first time working with him. He did an excellent job of making the entire process quick and easy, which is no small feat when buying a new car. He was thorough in making sure I got the exact car I wanted, and we were able to complete the deal the same day. I wanted to have a remote starter installed, and he made the appointment for me while I was there, and personally drove me home, then picked me up when the car was ready. He was very patient, knowing that I wanted my wife (the car is for her) to be satisfied with the car, and he was very respectful to her, asking if she had any questions about the features in the car, or if she wanted to consider another vehicle. We couldn't have been happier with our purchase, and Ryal handled everything smoothly, always making sure we were happy with the choice we were making. I'm sure we will be visiting Ryal again when we are looking to purchase our 5th car from this dealership. More
