I paid a deposit of 500 to locate a 2011 ford edge and they told me that it would be one price and that price was guaranteed as long as the car was the car on the locate order. When I went to the dealers they told me that it would be one price and that price was guaranteed as long as the car was the car on the locate order. When I went to the dealership to pick the car up they told me I couldn't take control of the vehicle because Mr. Plunkett was not in and no other sales manager could do the deal. I was told by Mr. plunkett to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday and that the deal was golden. My sales agent javon said that their was a problem with the appraisal and that the payment might go up. They said that Mr.Plunkett was supposed to call back and OK the deal. He never called back and I never recieved a phone call from Javon telling me that the deal was good which is what they told me they were going to do. I went to another FORD DEALERSHIP and they worked out a deal for me. ALL AMERICAN FORD PRACTICED DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES AND THE DEALER I MADE THE DEAL WITH TOLD ME THAT ALL AMERICAN WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE THE DEAL THEY PROMISED. More

The one thing All American Ford is good at is NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH ON THEIR WORD. The staff is also very incompetent and well versed in shuffling you around from person to person while keeping you on hold for days on end. Simply the worst dealer experience I have ever encountered. The Ford Motor Co should pull this dealership. Bottom line: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! More

HORRIBLE - the car service experience was awful.I had problems with the car from day one the passenger airbag light kept going on and then they disconnected by autostart because they said that was the pr problems with the car from day one the passenger airbag light kept going on and then they disconnected by autostart because they said that was the problem because it wasn't a ford part - I bought this car brand new from a ford dealer why would there not be a ford part in it. The lease return only done Monday - Friday from 11 - 4. After several phone calls and no satisfaction I told the girl that I was returning it at 8:30 a.m. and if no one was there to take it I was taking off my plates and leaving it on the lot. Finally received a phone call back that I would be met by a 'leasing specialist' who took the odomoter reading and gave me my plates. I hope I never hear from them again, but I'm sure they'll find someway to torment me further. BTW I bought a Volvo! More
