Ryal Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. In the past my wife and I have been to other dealerships and dealing with sales staff has made us very frustrated and angry. We have often felt that we were conned or cheated into paying more than we should have. This was the first time we have dealt with All American Ford and dealing with Ryal was also completely different from previous experiences. Ryal is new to auto sales but was fully knowledgeable on the Fusion which is the vehicle we were looking to lease. He was patient, took the time to show us all the models available and their various features. Ryal is personable with a friendly disposition. I think that both my wife and I would agree that we felt that this was our best ever experience we have had in shopping for a new vehicle in the past 35 years. We are very happy with the Fusion we ended up with, felt we got a good deal and for the first time that I can remember, we came away happy. This has to be credited to Ryal's interpersonal skills which are so ofter lacking with sales staff at Auto Dealerships. Ive purchased three auotomobiles from All American in Hackensack. Larry Rubin was my salesperson. A very knowledgeable and pleasent person to deal with. Then I was looking for a pickup truck and Larry hooked me up with a Ford Ranger, which I enjoyed until I realized I didn't need two vehicles. I asked Larry about the Ford Sport Trac and he said they stopped making them in 2010.So I asked him to keep an eye out if any were traded in. Within three days Larry called and said one came in on a trade and I should take a look. I went down and traded my Edge and Ranger for the Sport Trac. Dealing with Larry was a very p;easant experience. I might add the Dealership is very friendly whether it be sales or service. They are all there in your Best Interest. I have and will recommend Larry and Hackensack Ford for a wonderful purchasing experience not to mention the great product they are selling More

I live in Staten Island and had a terrible exprerience at Dana Ford (Arrogant, they represent Ford in a negative way). All American Ford is one of the best experiences I have had with Car Delaerships (this coming from previously owning a Mercedes, Audi and BMW). Sales Consultant (Brian Eschrich) is honest, knowledgeable, and patient as they come. Brian made the experience worth while and comfortable without pushing you to make deal (which helped me purchase car right away). Finance Manager (Chris Haslam) is great, didnt push me into buying added warranty and got me in and out of office in record time (dealt with Finance managers that keep you in office for hours!). Great experience with All American and will definetly reccomend this to friends and family. Thanks All American Ford for great experience!! More
