I just bought my NEW (to me!) 2009 Jeep GCL last night and "Ray" was my AAF salesman. One of the cars I was interested in looking at I knew was NOT on the lot but in upstate NY. I spoke to Ray that morni and "Ray" was my AAF salesman. One of the cars I was interested in looking at I knew was NOT on the lot but in upstate NY. I spoke to Ray that morning and he assured me that the car WOULD be in Hackensack that day. I arrived at the dealership later than I told Ray I would be there and when I got there - he was standing outside (nicely dressed) patiently waiting in the parking lot with BOTH cars I was interested in parked right in front. I was immediately impressed! (Unbeknowst to Ray - and he will find this out now) I had just come from the Hack Toyota dealer where I neither cared for the vehicle and was LESS impressed with the salesman, the "closer" and the dealership as a whole. Ray was professional, friendly, attentive and very knowledgable (even on a Jeep). There was no negotiating on the price - Ray explained that the prices shown online are actually bottom line prices with no room to "haggle". My overall expreience was EXCELLENT!
