I don't want to ever use another salesman and another dealership. Jon is a man of his word he said he would take care of us and he did. Carlos was fantastic throughout the whole process, best experience with a car dealership we ever had, he was very accommodating, he treated us like we were family, he followed up not once but 3 times after we had the vehicles. He took care of our lease returns from another dealership and made the whole thing painless for my wife and I. All American Ford in Hackensack set the bar very high, no one else comes close. Mr. Rubin handled and satisfied a delicate lease arrangement known as a "substitution of collateral" whereby my 2012 Ford Fusion vehicle, which I had for only four weeks having been totaled as a res arrangement known as a "substitution of collateral" whereby my 2012 Ford Fusion vehicle, which I had for only four weeks having been totaled as a result of flood damage. This arrangement was offered by Ford Motor Credit to reconcile my dilemma and All American Ford, especially, Larry Rubin came to the rescue. Through his diligence and knowledge of "substitution of collateral", I am now driving a 2013 Ford Fusion. The dealership where I originally leased the vehicle declined or refused to assist me or offer any suitable solution to my situation. All American Ford came through for me. More
