I went into the dealership looking for a new truck and Carlos Marin was excellent, in helping me to get the Ford Transit. Unlike many car dealerships, the atmosphere was that of professionalism, and not "used car dealership". A great experience! I traded in my leased Chevy Tahoe for a Ford Explore at this dealership. They did not call The Chevy leasing company until 45 days after my lease was up to have it picked up. this caused my returned vehic this dealership. When I called the dealership to ask what happened they played dumb at first and told me they never authorized me to leave truck with them which was not true, I also have the managers signature on the pick up form from Chevy 45 days later. No one would ever return my phone calls regarding this. I have also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau regarding this. Very shade! More

I'm amazed by the number of positive reviews, because my experience with All American has been very different. I chose All American because I emailed several dealers regarding a vehicle purchase and they ca experience with All American has been very different. I chose All American because I emailed several dealers regarding a vehicle purchase and they came back with the best price. The total price changed when I was in the dealership, however, due to "a mistake". Mistakes do happen sometimes, and we found a middle ground on the error. All in, I spent 5 hours at the dealership, despite the fact that I was a cash buyer and had negotiated the price and the exact VIN before I set foot in the dealership. Once All American had my check however, all facades of customer service ended. Our insurance company needed some standard paperwork to complete our coverage. Despite promises that it would be "faxed the next day" it took dozens of calls over the next 2 weeks to get the appropriate documents. Each time we called it was a different excuse; "that person is gone for the day", "we don't know why you need that", "it's locked up", "we've never heard of that". Even multiple calls from our insurance agent to the dealer were not returned. Finally, my vehicle was subject to a recall that was issued while we were buying the car. We had to turn around and bring the car back 12 hours after we bought it. As a result, Ford Corporate was offering a trade-in credit for people affected by the recall who wanted to swap into a different vehicle. However, no one at this dealership would help me with that. I got empty promises from Steve Plunkett the sales manager in person, who said he would "call me tomorrow". He never did, nor did he return any of the messages I left over the next 6 days inquiring about the process. The pattern here is the same no matter what you might need...a different excuse each time you call, if you can actually get someone on the phone. Don't bother leaving a voicemail, because no one will call you back (unless you are asking about a brand new purchase, that calls gets returned instantly). The only exception is Arie, who is good with follow up...unfortunately he almost always has to turn to sales management for answers so despite his efforts there is a limit to what he can do. All American Ford makes no attempt to hide the fact that once they have your money, they have no use for you. Bottom line, this dealership gives the impression that they have no respect for their customers or their time. Spend your money elsewhere. More

One of the most patient and professional salesperson I have ever worked with. Ryal made me feel comfortable from the moment that walked on the lot and he wouldn't rest until I was 100% sure of my decisi have ever worked with. He bent over backwards for me, showing up on days he wasn't scheduled to work just to ensure I was happy and all my questions were answered. I would recommend him to all my friends and family and will be sure to return to him when my lease is over. I'm always suspicious when signing new leases, but Ryal took all the suspicion out of me. If you're working with him, you're in wonderful hands (and if you're not, you should start now!). More

My lease was up on my 2010 Ford Escape. We went to All American Ford. We met with Ryal and right away we knew that this was going to be a good experience. Ryal is a straight-up, no nonsense saleman. He worked with us to get the best deal that we could get and in my opinion, went above and beyond for us. We were able to lease a 2013 Ford Edge. I am in love with the car.
