Be careful and ask MANY questions Places like this give used car salesmen a bad name. I called and spoke with a salesman about a vehicle I was interested in. He informed me the price Places like this give used car salesmen a bad name. I called and spoke with a salesman about a vehicle I was interested in. He informed me the price advertised didn't include (among other things) the $340 "restoration fee" (which is also taxable) nor the $359 documentation fee(also taxable). Since he appeared to be in a rush not to explain what the restoration fee was, I questioned it. He replied that it's the fee to clean the car and make it presentable. Seriously? Isn't that part of the dealership's responsibility rather than gouging a potential buyer? So along with that fee and all the other costs, the $7,400 car I was interested in turned into an $8,800 out- the- door price tag. Quite a difference and quite disgraceful. Needless to say, I had no intentions of purchasing from them. Judge for yourself. There oughta be a law. More

We were specifically looking for a certified car so we felt that we would have some sort of guarantee we were buying a good car. I called the dealership to verify they still had the vehicle. They confirmed they did and told me that Barry would be expecting us. When we pulled up, the car was already up front waiting for us and Barry walked out just as we were exiting our vehicle. Barry was wonderful! He told my son to start the car and personalize his settings while he got the temp plates. Once he returned, he went through all of the features with my son and treated him with respect. Barry was very fair in explaining the pricing, motor vehicle fees, etc. and we felt that we could trust him. He was not a high pressure car salesman and was honest throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend asking for Barry if shopping at this dealership! More
price gouging Brought my Ford truck there due to a vibration as it was close to work and I was concerned that it was in the engine and thought Ford would be best su Brought my Ford truck there due to a vibration as it was close to work and I was concerned that it was in the engine and thought Ford would be best suited to service. Turned out to be a misfiring cylinder and a bad coil. (Later I found out this issue is common with the EcoBoost engine. Service manager called me around 11, advised of the problem and advised it would be $880 to repair. They also tries to replace front brakes which I was just told had 6-8k mile left on them from a trusted mechanic who replaced the rears. After getting my truck back I spoke to a friend who had nearly the same work done at a different shop and paid significantly less. After I heard that I looked at the prices they charged for the parts and they are available from ford through retailers for 40-70% less than All American charged. Called the service manager back and asked him about it and said it is what it is. He even confirmed marking one item up from $70 cost to them to $125 charge- without labor. More
Friendly honest service I went here for a specific car, which I called ahead about. When we arrived Barry was there ready to show us the car, which was in pristine condition. I went here for a specific car, which I called ahead about. When we arrived Barry was there ready to show us the car, which was in pristine condition. He was so easy to work with and didn't make me feel any pressure to purchase the car. We also worked with Mel who was also a pleasure to work with. Both Barry and Mel are honest and truly cared that we got the best deal possible. We purchased the vehicle we came for, and love our (new to us) 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, and when we're ready to buy a 2nd car, we'll be back! More
Terrible Service Dept Our car was in service for transmission issues. We would go days without word from service, when we would call they would never call us back. Finally Our car was in service for transmission issues. We would go days without word from service, when we would call they would never call us back. Finally they told us car was done...needed internal clutch and would cost 1500. The next day when we went in we were told car transmission was still in a 100 pieces on floor and this kept going on for over 2 weeks. We were then told we needed a new transmission for 5000 and after the lies and incompetency we endured, we told them to put transmission back together and we would tow it elsewhere. That took an additional 6 days and they had the audacity to charge 300 for diagnostic work. Worst experience with a dealer we have ever had. More

Sold me a lemon Over 2 months my truck sat here while getting “fixed” had a bunch of work done so I could see it being a process to do but over 2 months is just ridic Over 2 months my truck sat here while getting “fixed” had a bunch of work done so I could see it being a process to do but over 2 months is just ridiculous, especially when you told me it would only be a week or 2 at most. Now I finally got to pick my truck up Memorial Day weekend to only drive 1 block and my check engine light comes on and I lose power causing the truck to stall out (real safe losing power while driving). So I bring it back and I specifically told Al I needed my truck back in 1 day because it’s ridiculous it isn’t fixed correctly, if the tech would of just taken it for a test drive he would of seen the check engine light come on. Waited another entire week which brings me to today. I got dropped off for a third time now to get my truck. I get in and go exactly 1 block again to only have the same exact problem happen again!! The fact you guys don’t take vehicles for test drives really pisses me off. Now I’ve taken multiple time off work and multiple trips 40 mins to this dealership to only pick up a broken truck every single time. When I originally picked it up the first time also I noticed a lug nut was missing from my front wheel. Seems lack of attention to details or just lack of not caring at all. If they would of taken my truck for a test drive at least one time they would of realized it wasn’t fixed. I’ve owned this truck for a little over 1 year and you’ve had it for almost 3 months now and it’s still not fixed! Do you plan on reimbursing me for my 3 truck payments or insurance payments? The warranty company paid you over $4,000 and I paid over $900 out of my pocket for this. Thanks for the lemon you sold me and can’t fix clearly. *Update* picked up my truck today 6-8-18 and the ensured me everything was fix and they took it for multiple test drives to ensure it was fixed and safe. Well as I was getting off my exit the truck said “low oil pressure” made a extremely loud sound and just died, so with no power again I had to try and coast around traffic getting to the shoulder. I’m currently sitting waiting for the tow truck to come and tow the truck directly back to All American. More
