Disappointed in overall experience. Previous service had to be redone. Instructed verbally and in writing to check if regular maintenance was due and received text after car was returned that maintenance is to be redone. Agreed with service manager that they would leave keys in truck and went to pick truck up after hours and keys were not left as directed. Had to return another day to pick up vehicle. I’ve also asked them to change my wife’s name on file and they continue to call her James. More

Ford Edge Failure I called service with a problem with my 2019 Ford and they immediately said 'bring it over'. No questions like 'did you buy it from us' or anything e I called service with a problem with my 2019 Ford and they immediately said 'bring it over'. No questions like 'did you buy it from us' or anything else. They gave me a loaner car and later in the day I received a call stating what the problem was and when it would be repaired. The day it was repaired I returned the loaner car, picked up my car and had a $0 bill for warranty repair, unlike some other dealers that add some 'inspection' charge or something similar. More

New Tires I can honestly say that the tires I purchased at my dealership where I originally purchased my truck in 2016 is the best rate in town. The tires that I purchased I stayed with the same tires that the truck originally came with which I had 63,000 miles on my truck when I bought the new tires today. I really enjoy these tires they are very quiet and I use my truck mostly for hauling my camper around. The negative part I have to say is, I dropped my truck off at 8:45 a.m. this morning and I came back at 3:00 p.m to pick it up. I live over an hour away and I stayed near the dealership instead of making a 4 hour back and forth and back and forth trips. I wish I could have had a set time so I could have stayed at the dealership instead walking around for 6 hours. Please note I called in early to order the tires and get the tires installed but still had to wait 6 hours. Plus I am eligible for a 70.00 rebate for the tires I purchased but when I go online to FordOwner.com to submit for the rebate to submit either online or mail in I get the run around and I can't submit for the rebate. The website is not very user friendly and and the chat box is not helpful. I'm still a faithful customer but not happy with waiting time today and not successful with getting the rebate as promised.
