As soon as you walk in the door the two young men greeted me with a smile and offered to help. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and also I had a nail in my tire. Everything was fixed v me with a smile and offered to help. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and also I had a nail in my tire. Everything was fixed very fast!! And my bill was lower than I expected. I also leased a car from here so while I was waiting I went to the showroom to see how many miles I had on my lease because I travel alot for work. The gentleman helped me with this info without pushing me into trading my car in early. He did offer some suggestions and gave me a heads up on a few things for when I come back soon. Very helpful! More

Had an oil change and tire rotation!! I was very pleased with the kind, professional , skilled service. I was greeted by Ryan and he assisted in my registration. I scheduled my lease oil change as I always do and this experience was extremely unpleasant! I arrived 15 minutes early and was immediately signed in by your desk clerk. I was asked if I was waiting and re experience was extremely unpleasant! I arrived 15 minutes early and was immediately signed in by your desk clerk. I was asked if I was waiting and replied yes. 75 minutes later I asked if it would be much longer and I was told my vehicle was done. I went outside while the person who signed me in looked frantically for my paperwork. Once back in The building, I approached the clerk and explained that my vehicle was never moved. He apologized and stated “I don’t know what happened but we will have you done in a jiffy”. Normally I would not make a big issue about this, I understand they can get busy, but this was due to unprofessional behavior. If I didn’t approach them when I did, I would still be sitting alone in that waiting room wearing a mask due to COVID. I would also like to express my concern over the Ford teams lack of respect for CDC guidelines over wearing masks. I was very disappointed to say the least and will never go back to this facility for any reason. More
