Been going to these guys for years! Since the mid-90s. Bought 4 vehicles there as well. Service is always great, courteous, on time and reasonable. The dealership never kept me waiting long, even if I came unannounced. They were very knowledgeable and explained various options. The WORST dealership I have ever experienced 2 trucks bought from them and nothing but problems. As you can read in other reviews the service department is a joke. They can’t fix anything on the first tr bought from them and nothing but problems. As you can read in other reviews the service department is a joke. They can’t fix anything on the first try, not the second try, maybe the third? Nope on my 6th try and months of wasted time dealing with them. They just want you to keep bringing it back and wasting your time. I have a brand new King Ranch F-150 with numerous problems and safety concerns but they don’t care. Not only have I brought it back numerous times to have a problem never be fixed my truck was damaged in their parking lot which had to go to a body shop for another week and now my doors paint looks like 2 different colors. Brand new truck with this many issues and now has had body work done because of them. Do yourselves a favor and go to any other dealership and never deal with these crooks, they will just sell you a lemon and won’t be able to fix it. Filed a complaint with NJ consumer affairs and will be taking legal action now because I’m fed up and have given numerous chances. Thanks for the moldy broken truck! More
