I have been buying and leasing cars from John JJ Petrillo for 19 years. I consider him the most trustworthy and considerate car salesman I have ever known. They are going to great lengths to insure that customers are comfortable and fully informed about the vehicles they are purchasing. I have also been very satisfied with their service department. Everything they do is upfront and transparent. My recent new lease of an MKS was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a dealership. Everyone from Joe, the Finance officer, Rick, the sales manager, and Boris and Mike helped to make it so, but as nice as the dealership is, JJ is the reason I go to All American. I certainly hope that on my next lease JJ will still be there to guide me through it. More

I was in search for a pre-owned vehicle. I came in to the dealership looking to purchase a Ford Escape. What I didn't expect was how well I was going to be treated. I dealt with Boris as my sales consultant and he did an excellent job. I had many questions and he was able to answer all of them with full knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. He definitely went above and beyond even stayed after closing to show me how to use Sync. In this visit I also had the pleasure of working with Manager Nelson and General Manager Dominick. Both these gentlemen went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and thanked me for my business. Alex in the finance office took the time to explain everything and went slow enough to make sure I was truly comfortable with everything. He went above and beyond which put me at total ease. At the end of the day I left with a fair price for my trade, a new car that I love, and the over all fully satisfied feeling with this dealership. I dealt with John Case who is a really nice guy but I felt that his Sales Manager was rude and insulting when it came to the price. The price he quoted was 1700 more then the price I was quoted by his o felt that his Sales Manager was rude and insulting when it came to the price. The price he quoted was 1700 more then the price I was quoted by his own internet dept. two days earlier for the exact same car. When I informed John of this, he went back to Nelson and who continued to play with the numbers and then gave me a really low price on my trade. It should have been, according to Blue Book, $1850-3500, I was quoted $1000, he was trying to make up the difference between my internet quoted price and the insult he quoted. Then to make matters worse, when I asked for him to throw in the louvers and side scoops, he made me wait 25 minutes to say that he won't throw them in because its too expensive and that if I want them, I should take care of it on my own. And on top of that, he no longer honored the last price we just agreed on, he raised the total price another $250. It was a waste of 3 hours, if you quote a price through email, you should stick with it, not play around and waste people's time. Nelson is a real jerk and I would never recommend this shop because of him. I just went to Maplecrest Ford in Union and bought my car from Steve Kush, who gave me an online quote and didn't change the price when I sat down to sign the papers. I drove away two hours later with a 2013 mustang v6 pre. and I am satisfied. More

He asked a few questions and before we knew it we went outside to look at a new Ford Escape. He was very knowledgable about all I was interested in, I was a service station owner/operator for over 40 years and I have had many Fords over the years, the last being a Ford Explorer. I was looking for a smaller vehicle. My wife drove a Ford Escort years ago which she liked, so she was very comfortable in the Escape. We really didn't intend to buy a vehicle on that day, but we drove home in our new Ford Escape,leaving our Explorer behind.
