I loved the way I felt when I walked into the dealership everybody was very nice. Curtis asked me immediately can he help me and was the greatest salesman. He did not pressure me. I enjoyed dealing with this dealership. On my initial visit with my children, Shimon was very informative as we have only bought and not leased Fords. I returned 2 1/2 weeks later with my husband and once again encountered a wonderful salesman who took the time necessary to explain everything again to my husband. We were there on a Saturday afternoon at 4 and left at 8. Not once did any staff member seem to be agitated about the extra time they needed to put in due to the volume of customers that day. (they close at 6) We were never overwhelmed with phone calls about the sale of a car or hounded. We were not given enough time at 8PM for an explanation of the car and were told to please call and set up time to go over any questions we may have and i am doing that now.
