He didn't try to upsell us on any unnecessary options or features, and guided us to a great car that fit really well in our budget. I would recommend All American and JJ to anyone looking to buy their first car, service was first rate. We couldn't purchase our car on our first visit, because we were in the midst of buying our first home at the same time, but JJ was willing to work within our timeline, and the slight delay didn't affect his amazing service in the slightest.
