The service reps were very pleasant, they were quick, and most importantly... they didn’t over do it with trying to get me to do a bunch of other services. They offered once and respected my answer... which seems to be rare these days. At minimum, I will be using them for ALL my maintenance needs and I will likely see them first when my lease is up to get into another F150 before I go anywhere else. I highly recommend their service department! More
