All American Ford in Old Bridge

I had an appointment with the dealership to service my vehicle and booked myself with a loaner vehicle. Once I spoke to my advisor wall the paper work was completed I was told to head over to the loaner a vehicle and booked myself with a loaner vehicle. Once I spoke to my advisor wall the paper work was completed I was told to head over to the loaner area to pick up the courtesy vehicle. The gentlemen Devon took all my information and had me wait while he walked away to see the service manager without notifying me of anything that was going on. Due to the rules of 25 years or under the dealership refused to help me with getting my vehicle serviced. I had traveled all the way from Brooklyn just to be told no because of the 25 year old and under policy. After speaking to the service manager I was told the same answer that they couldn’t help me in any way and get told I can leave it and to find my own way back home. If I was told prior I would have traveled to get told that answer. The rules shouldn’t be like that because people have full insurance for there own vehicles. People shouldn’t have to spend so much money for the vehicle if they are at a young age and shouldn’t be told no. This was the worst experience with dealing with this dealership and with Ford in general. More

The service was exceptional. From the time I drove in until the entire time I was there. I was kept abreast of everything being done to my vehicle.
