I went into the dealer to buy a CPO Ford Edge, my sales rep Stephen Kaye was excellent. He delivered the vehicle as he promised. He was fairly transparent and straightforward on his pricing and honored his rep Stephen Kaye was excellent. He delivered the vehicle as he promised. He was fairly transparent and straightforward on his pricing and honored his commitment. It was disappointing that I was kept waiting for almost 2 hours when I came to pick up the vehicle. Once I was approved, I don't think its reasonable to keep a customer waiting this long just to sign the docs in the finance managers office. More

I will never take my vehicle to All-American Ford again, I have never been treated with such disrespect and total disregard in my life. I had my car towed in with the promise of it would get looked at once I have never been treated with such disrespect and total disregard in my life. I had my car towed in with the promise of it would get looked at once it arrived to dealership which didn’t happen the service rep Mike was not helpful or informative at all that was until I advised him that I would be picking my car up and taking it someplace else then and only then did my car get looked at so I was told anyway. I not sure if it’s an industry standard but I was charged two diagnostic charges for the same problem, I have a call and email in with Ford’s corporate office. If you can stay away from this place I know I will but I learned the hard way a $1200 bill later for a $30 dollar part. More
