I was racing my Ford at Englishtown Raceway just 10 minutes away, when a hose blew off my car's turbo charger. I live 150 miles away, a 3 hour drive, and was scared to try driving my car that far to ge minutes away, when a hose blew off my car's turbo charger. I live 150 miles away, a 3 hour drive, and was scared to try driving my car that far to get home because I didn't want to cause any more damage. I had a tow truck drop my car off at the All American Ford, crashed at a hotel, and went in the next morning to see if they could diagnose the issue with my car's turbo. Karen was the service specialist helping me and she told me that there was going to be a two day wait just to get the car looked at. I explained that I live 3 hours away, was stranded there, and had work the next day. Karen went out of her way to help make sure they were able to take a look at my car immediately. The mechanic who looked at my car, Bill, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out what the issue was within minutes. Bill helped repair the hose very quickly. He even went above and beyond by actually removing the compressor inlet hose from the turbocharger, and inspecting the actual compressor wheel for any damage that could have happened when the hose blew off. This gave me the assurance I needed to drive my car home the same day. I really owe Karen and Bill for saving me from this tough situation. I was stranded far from home, and they really went out of their way to help me out when they didn't have to. I could have ended up having to miss work, or spend over $500 to have my car towed 150 miles back home. I cannot thank them enough. More

We towed our 2020 ford that was having a fuel problem because they offered to take it on trade then played games when it came to making a offer. Had they just been honest with us and let us know the low ball offer they made we would have just come with a certified bank check and picked up the truck we were supposed to purchase. More

I was expecting a seamless buying experience but it ended in extreme disappointment. Judge for yourself... I looked at a vehicle on a Friday afternoon and called my salesperson shortly after the lot ope in extreme disappointment. Judge for yourself... I looked at a vehicle on a Friday afternoon and called my salesperson shortly after the lot opened the following morning. We negotiated a price, they sent me the total cost sheet, and I called to confirm I'd buy the vehicle at the agreed price. I asked if a down payment was needed to reserve the vehicle as I could not make it back to the lot until Monday morning (dealer is closed Sundays). I was told it wasn't necessary and the salesperson asked me to fill out the credit application when I could. Approximately 2 hours later I texted the salesperson to let them know it was completed. I was then told, "So I went to pull the key and someone unfortunately is in the process of buying the vehicle. If it falls through I will let you know." I immediately called to speak to a sales manager who essentially told me there was nothing they could do. I was told they have other vehicles. So, they looked through their stock and sent me a vehicle with slightly higher mileage, similar options, and one year newer. But, here's the comical part... $5,500 more expensive. When I pointed out the similarity between the vehicles and suggested they honor the original deal I was essentially asked how that could be possible. In short, I negotiated a $1,000 off the total cost, we agreed to a the number, and I filled out a credit application, which of course results in a hard inquiry. Just to be told that the vehicle was being sold to someone else. My guess? The other customer was willing to pay full price so they decided to renege on our agreement. I'm shocked how a dealer network this size can lack such basic customer service, cohesion, organization, and training. I'm not a fan of online reviews as I'd prefer the situation to be corrected out of public eye. Unfortunately, this situation wasn't; so I'll at least hope to make some kind of impact for future customers by posting this. 1. Best case but least likely is that this is brought to the attention of senior management and there is a review of how they handled the situation and an overall review of how they handle inventory and negotiations. 2. If nothing else, prospective buyers should use this experience to tread cautiously and ensure they aren't blindsided like I was. Ensure you don't waste your time just to have a vehicle sold out from under you. And at the very least, don't let them run your credit for absolutely no reason. More
