I had a great buying experience working with Larry, Samantha and Chris as my "Sales Team". Since the car I wanted was rather "rare" and I live quite a distance away, the price was pre-negotiated first, Samantha and Chris as my "Sales Team". As a first time buyer I didn't know exactly what I was getting into as far as shopping for cars. Our experience with this dealership was unbelievable! Unfortunately that certainly cannot be said about all dealerships. Most experiences with dealerships are nasty to say the least. You leave with a feeling of never wanting to deal with those types of people again. Our experience at All American Ford in Old Bridge, NJ was very different from that. They know how to treat a CUSTOMER the way a CUSTOMER should be treated. The two individuals we worked with, Joe Ritorto & David Michaud are true professionals. David was very responsive to our initial emails/inquiries. Upon our arrival, David introduced us to Joe. Skeptical at first by being handed off to yet another salesman, Joe was very informed of what we wanted and our prior history with David. It was well explained that David handled internet sales and now that we were actually at the dealership, another representative would assist us. Joe ended up being much more than just another representative. He actually listened, yes really listened, to what we were saying. We honestly feel like he helped us achieve OUR goals, not just another sale. Joe's traits are real and they stand out. He has integrity, commitment, accountability, responsibility and excellence. He portrayed those traits to the vehicle he was selling. We honestly feel we got the vehicle we wanted, at the fairest price, from a professional team who knows what customer service is all about --- making the whole experience a pleasurable one for us. David actually came back to check in on us (whoever does that now-a-days) and provided us with bottled water while we were waiting for our vehicle. We want to sincerely thank both Joe and David as their service has not been paralleled by any other provider. With quality individuals like this on the team, the end product - the ford explorer we purchased - is obviously also living up to our expectations. More

The service and attention we got was the worst, and I've been leasing and buying cars approximately every three years for the past 30 years. Calls were not returned on te phone, attention was not given at been leasing and buying cars approximately every three years for the past 30 years. Calls were not returned on te phone, attention was not given at the dealership, promises were not kept, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. As a matter of fact, I would recommend NOT going there at all. We will be leasing in approximately three years and this would be the last place I'd go. More

I originally came in wanting a Ford 3 years ago and they could not get me the best deal. This year everyone at All American Ford came through! I am so pleased and excited about my Ford Focus. I know this will be a unique experience and I probably will want to stay with Ford, after this. Chuck has suggested I contact him in setting up the Sync for the cell phone and with me being right in the area of the dealer ship, he has said he will take care of any question or need I may have. I have enjoyed this because I am a woman alone, and you mostly need to be worried if someone will take advantage of you. Thanks again Ford!! More
