My family went to the dealership Monday night, but it was packed from an autograph signing. Peter Tuerack showed us the Fusion and Focus and was very helpful in answering questions and explaining the features of the cars. We quickly decided though that the Fusion was what best fit our needs. However, because of the autograph signing, we really couldn't get out of the lot for a good test drive, so I agreed to come back the next day. Upon my arrival the next day, Samantha came out and greeted me at the front desk, like a good friend coming out to say hello. As Peter T. was not available, Samantha brought over Peter Schultz to assist me with the car. I had the model # from the internet of the car I was interested in, so Peter got it and we went out for a proper test drive. Very friendly and again, just like taking a ride with a good friend and not a salesman. We got back to the dealership, I was sold on the car and then we spent the next few hours getting all the paperwork and financing done. In fact, it was Peter's birthday and while I was waiting on the financing and credit check to go through, he offered me one of the birthday donuts that his girlfriend had packed for his day at work. There was no haggling needed on my trade in, there was no pressure to buy the car that day, No pressure to take a certain incentive or options package. The options were presented to me and explained and if I said no to something, there was no extra sales pitch to get me to change my mind. That is what every car buying experience should be like and some dealerships could take lessons from my experience yesterday. I also have to give a big thumbs up to Dayna, as after the car was finished she set me up with my username and password for the MySync and then took me out to my car, set up my phone for the Bluetooth features and then explained what every button in the car did. Then followed up saying that if I had any questions or needed some step by step help to fix any problems, to call her and she would guide me through the steps needed. First class service all the way around. Even in the finance area when signing the final papers and handing over my down payment! Again, I highly recommend that if you are looking for a car, All Amercian Ford and its staff were highly impressive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I hope to do business with them again in the future the next time I am looking for a new car. More

And Dayna was ever so patient in explaining how to control the sync features along with all the things that can be done with the voice command. They also show that they really meant when they said to call them if I was to have a problem because Dayna actually called me to just make sure that I was okay with learning all the features and assured me that she was there. It really was the best experience I ever had making such a huge purchase, which of course I went in a nervous wreck but left driving my brand new Ford Edge thanks to Jonathan.
