I had a great experience with All American ford. I started off looking for ford c-max in ny ( queens in particular) for months before but all the dealerships had shotty reviews and it was all talk a started off looking for ford c-max in ny ( queens in particular) for months before but all the dealerships had shotty reviews and it was all talk and no substance, having dealt with dealerships in ny before they really treat you like dirt and refuse to give incentives or just help you out to make a sale. I have to say the drive from queens was bit long but well worth it, Jon was helpful and tried his best to give us a good deal, giving us a range of financial scenarios to buy or lease. I went there twice - I called the first time to find out if the car was available , but it was scheduled to be delivered within 2 weeks. Either way we schedule an appt to meet Jon and see how we would go about buying or leasing and trading in my 2010Honda Fit . We worked through some info, gave me a test drive of the C-max to make sure I liked it and later crunched some numbers and got a rough draft for what to expect when we came back to buy. I was very pleased Jon took the time out to give us that first meeting even though we were not going to walk away with anything. My car came early and he called me as soon as it arrived, that next meeting ended up buying the C-Max SEL and we worked out a fair price, and even the financer was very nice and helpful. Overall I had a great time , it restored my trust in dealerships and it was not a hassle and unpleasant experience. A+ for this team More

Had a great experience buying my car at All American Ford. When I got there, I really wasn't sure what kind of car I could afford. I met Pete who was courteous, funny, and respectful of my needs. We looked at a few different cars and I decided to drive a Fusion to see if I liked it. I actually loved it, and told Pete right away that this is the car I wanted to get prices for. When it came down to it, I ended up leasing instead. I had never leased anything before, but Pete took the time and explained to me the benefits. My payment turned out to be less than I had hoped to stay near! In the Finance office, Mike was helpful explaining to me the benefits of a maintainence package so I signed up for that too! Dayna was very helpful in signing me in to Sync and went over all the features of my new car. All in all, my experience was totally easy and kind of fun. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be returning when the time comes again. More

That did not happen at All American Ford in Old Bridge. We were quoted a price and right from the beginning they let us know which rebates we qualified for and which we didn't. There were no surprises, they gave the realistic price and did not play games. Peter Bottorff was our salesman and he was great. We were pressed for time and he sat right down, gave us the price we both thought was fair, and then rushed around to get the paperwork done as quickly as possible so we could be on our way. He was completely professional, really knew the product, and made sure we were well taken care of through the whole process. He even made sure our cell phones were synced with the bluetooth in the car before we left the lot! I purchased a car last year with bluetooth at another dealer and they did not have that attention to detail. I would highly recommend All American Ford and plan on referring family members and friends. More
