Hi my name is Michael Eicke and I own family Fence Protection...In the beginning of the 4th month of this year I set out to buy a truck. ..I went to many dealerships...I came upon all American Ford an Protection...In the beginning of the 4th month of this year I set out to buy a truck. ..I went to many dealerships...I came upon all American Ford and one thing that I appreciated from the beginning was that I did not have to deal with 3 or 4 different people...For example, many other dealerships I went to no matter who I spoke to had to see the man behind the curtain for any answers...Once I arrived at All American Ford I found this not to be true..I spoke to Tom Reardon where I got to sit in his office and tell him what I wanted...He had full knowledge of what he had on the lot...We went and looked at the vehicles he had available...We returned to his office and he was able to inform me on what he could do for each vehicle..We didn't have to see anyone else..I was able to get a vehicle that day without agrravation and no bickering...He simply told me the price is the price and what he would do...So i purchased the vehicle of my choice...I informed Tom I would need accessories for the truck...For example. a Ford bed liner..That is when he introduced me to Tom Staffile..I was given a time and date when my truck would be completed... What I would like to say is that is was a real pleasure dealing with educated salesmen and people who didn't give you a song and dance...I would recommend All American Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle..They really know what they are doing!! Costumer Service: I gave them 5 because Stephanie was very courteous and upfront price was amazing. When I came over Jamie took over and they didn't try to sneak in any charges so I was very happy about very courteous and upfront price was amazing. They did try to get me to buy a remote starter and I did have to haggle for a better interest rate on my loan. Quality of Work: I give a 5 because I like the Fusion. Everything about it looks solid. Great drive. Friendliness: 5 because they are very friendly. Stephanie came over greeted us ... Jamie had the price we agreed upon ready and did not try to be a "salesman" ... Overall Experience: The main reason is the price ... I am really happy with the bargain I received. I liked the fact that they gave it to me over e-mail and did not change it when I came over. So there as none of that bait tactics etc. Price: OUTSTANDING ... I got at least 1000 less than anywhere else ... In all honesty I've been to 5 dealers including this one ... and none were as close to price as this dealer ... If I was patient and believed the price that they gave in the e-mail was the lowest I would have saved myself A LOT! of grief So to sum it all up ... Thank you ... I know I sound like someone who got paid to write this review ... but I did get a great price ... More

Frank Pedi, the Lease Manager, lived up to his promises. He is informative, explains everything to you completely, so that when you leave the dealership you feel like you had a honest transaction. I bought a used 2005 Ford 500 about a month ago. Paul Finns was wonderful to work with. My brother-in-law came with me and did most of the talking. He can be tough.
