We took a test drive in the Fusion and never did bother to try out that Focus. Michelle was not what we expected coming in, she was very friendly and knowlegedgeable,no pressure just very relaxed and easy. I'm in customer service myself and Michelle made this an enjoyable experience. She even took the time to take our picture with our new car!
