TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!TERRIBLE! I am a 60 year old business man. I purchased a 1500 Ram Pickup at All American Dodge in Odessa. The sales people were very professional, knowledgable I am a 60 year old business man. I purchased a 1500 Ram Pickup at All American Dodge in Odessa. The sales people were very professional, knowledgable and helpful. The pricing was agreeable and seemed to be a smooth transaction. The problems are in the lack of interest displayed by the service team. The a/c was not working at all on the brand new truck. The heater was stuck on. Even though it was fall and not the 100 degree days of summer, at 75 degrees with the heater blowing it became intolerable. I informed the service dept. Mario Roman was the person I talked to. Mario said to leave the truck with them overnight, they would check it the next morning and call to let me know what they could do.That seemed agreeable so I left the truck. However the next day came and no call. The following day I called Mario to see what the situation was. Mario will never answer the phone. I left 2 to 3 voice mail messages a day over the next 7 days. Mario never had the courtesy or decency to even acknowledge or return the calls. Over this seven day period I also called a supposed manager over the service dept. at least once a day. He apparently has the same understanding of customer dis-service Mario has because he also did not return the calls. I finally figured out the problem in communication though when I left messages with the general manager ( Larry something ) He also refused to return the calls. Show me the speed of the captain and I will show you the speed of the ship. After 10 days and no communication whatsoever I went into the dealership and demanded my truck back, I was fed up and ready to just take it somewhere else. At that time, I guess something clicked and Mario came forward and said it was a simple fix , he could get right on it. I was upset but after 10 days I told Him OK if he would have it fixed by the next day I would be back to pick it up and promised I would leave that dealership and never return. We have enjoyed some good years of retail in the Permian basin the last few years, but with the price of oil dropping I would not be surprised to see the three men I had dealings with back where they deserve to be - Unemployed! Very, Very Poor Communication and Service Let me start by saying that I love my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and it has had very little problems. That being said, my ongoing experience w Let me start by saying that I love my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and it has had very little problems. That being said, my ongoing experience with All American's service department has be less than stellar. My ongoing ordeal began back in June when I received a recall notice for the master cylinder. I began calling and leaving messages requesting an appointment to bring in the car for the recall. An appointment would be needed from my only previous experience. Messages were left with the service department at lease twice a week during June with no return call ever made. In fact, since this all started in June I have never received a call from All American. After several attempts in July, I finally gave up and went in to make the appointment. By this time, I had also received a recall notice for the visor. An appointment was made for the middle of October, the soonest they could look at it. While waiting for the October appointment, I started having trouble starting the car. Looking online, I saw there was a new recall coming concerning the engine management module controlling the fuel pump and felt like this was probably the culprit. I went in and told them of the trouble and my suspicion of the source even though I had not yet received the coming recall. There were three other request I had, replace a daytime running light bulb, replace a cover they left off the last visit and install tow hooks only if they were in stock. October finally came and I dropped the car off at the dealer. After a week, I began calling to see the status of the car. Nothing. No return calls. No updates. Nothing. After the second week, I went in and actually was able to speak with someone. From what I was told, they had not even started to work on the vehicle. Waiting another two weeks, I called several times leaving a message but never heard back so I went in to check on the vehicle. This time, I was able to speak to Jose Tejada who is supposedly my service technician. He informed me that they were working on it but also scolded me saying I gave them too many things to do. Last I thought they were a service department. Besides, three recalls, replacing a light bulb and a lost cover and maybe installing tow hooks is not a month and a half with of work. I noticed the Monday before Thanksgiving that the vehicle was parked in a lot behind the dealership and called to see if it was ready. Only able to leave a voice message, to no surprise, and have not received a call back. Ever. Since June. I cannot recommend their service department. I love my Jeep, but my next vehicle may not be a Jeep and certainly not from this dealership. More

Best dealership in West Texas I recently purchased a Ram 3500 and my mother purchased a Jeep Cherokee . On both deals outstanding service. They did not have the Jeep my mother want I recently purchased a Ram 3500 and my mother purchased a Jeep Cherokee . On both deals outstanding service. They did not have the Jeep my mother wanted but they found the exact color she wanted and brought it in. I would recommend this dealership highly. Over the years I have purchased several trucks from this dealership from the sale to service very happy. More
