Just a routine oil change and multipoint inspection, but it's always a pleasure to spent some time just chatting with staff while my car is being attended to. So I just had an oil change and other work done and the NEXT Day I got a flashing check engine light. I took the car back in and for 90.00 additional dollars they said they could not make it happen but the NEXT Day I got a flashing check engine light. I took the car back in and for 90.00 additional dollars they said they could not make it happen but the "code" was indicating that it may be a coil. I took it home and once again the check engine light came on. I took it to a different repair shop who said that their diagnosis looked like the engeine may have started the engine before the oil change was complete and that's why I was getting the flashing check engine light. They took care of that issue and I have not had issues since. It sure seems like someone was trying to cover a mistake and additionally get more money out of me. (also this stupid format is asking to rate people that I had no contact with at all! I only worked with the service department.) More
