I am very dissatisfied at the trade in I received for my 2013 750i BMW. They said how well taken care of my car looked and gave it a very low trade in value of $13,500. That is, at least $1500 of where it should have been. I am calling the Sales Manager and plead my case! I should have mentioned this that day I purchased the vehicle. My vehicle has a 3M ceramic wrap on it that cost me $3000. Also, my tires are new. 7000 miles on the tires. Another $1000. That is $4000 in upgrades I never got credit for. I really feel cheated by the Sales dept. More

Came in for a routine oil change. My Giulia only has 10K miles, was told it needs rear brakes - I was OK with that. Ended up spending over a $1,000 - was still OK. When I checked my car in, I had requestd that someone take 5 minutes to just vaccum the carpets out as I was heading to an important meeting. The car was not vaccum'd and was told that there was no one there to do that. Now, I am not blind and I could see atleast 4 - 5 people chatting and there were no other cars that were being serviced. This is not a big deal but really didn't make me feel like a valued customer. Now I do want to say that Gabby was very courteous and good to speak with. More
