It's been a little over a year since I bought my car from this dealership. The car still has the same problem that their service dept. couldn't seem to fix. ** I left a positive review a few months ago from this dealership. The car still has the same problem that their service dept. couldn't seem to fix. ** I left a positive review a few months ago. That review was only for the sales Manager at the time, Bruce Williams. He was the only honest employee I dealt with at this dealer. These people will lie to you face and tell you anything they have to sell a car. They talk about you behind your back, I know this because a salesman told me that the General Manager, Scott called me a name that I can't even post here when I walked out during one of my many visits. This place is so bad I was there when a salesman quit, he told me that he couldn't take all of their B.S. anymore. It was to late for me, I already bought the car. The service department is a joke, I don't know if these guy are even ASE certified. They can't even clean a car correctly. They offered to detail my car for me in exchange for some problems they caused me. It was terrible, I had to pay a private detailer $240.00 to repair the swirls and burns these amateurs caused. I bought a new Fiat 500 4 months ago from a dealer in Langhorne PA. 30 miles out of my way but a pleasure to do business with. Look them up. I don't want to leave their name in a review. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are reading this review please believe and shop else where. Check the rest of their negative posts. More
I received exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasant and quick experience. Fiats are wonderful cars and I am proud to be an owner. Julie Thompson was easy to work with, friendly, and quite accommodating. quick experience. Fiats are wonderful cars and I am proud to be an owner. Just flat out awful experience. I have no idea where to start and end because I could write a book on this place. I came in as they were closing on a Saturday to ask about a Dodge Ram pickup that my husban start and end because I could write a book on this place. I came in as they were closing on a Saturday to ask about a Dodge Ram pickup that my husband was interested in looking at. I never said we wanted to buy this vehical right away just look and see if they still had it since I did not see it on their lot. I was greeted by Scott who was very nice who informed me at the time that he needed to call and see if the truck was still available. He did so and as I waited he sent Tom over I guess to keep up occupied and he was nice to begin with. Turns out truck was gone but they promised to find us others trucks no problem sounds good and we left our info and went on our way. Tom called me that following Monday about a truck but my husband has no interest. So then he calls my husband a day or 2 later saying the truck we origionally wanted was back which was a ram yellow in color but def not a real Rumble Bee my husband looked at it one Sunday when the lot was closed. They insisted that it was real but that was not the issue we still wanted to look at that and another 2009 dodge ram just to compare and see what one we liked better. After doing so Tom admits that my husband is right and this is not a real rumblebee then says do we like the truck?? First off it was shady that the truck came back 3 or 4 days after they claimed that it was sold but whatever the truck was nice but had a vavle tap. My husband knows trucks so he knew something was wrong I heard it and even Tom heard it. I think this mans name is John I am not 100% sure he comes up after the test drive and says how did you like the yellow one? My husband says it's nice but there are a few things wrong with it and explains. I could tell he was mad already but he just said okay I will drive it so we all left to go to the Cherry Hill store to pick up the 09 Ram. Everything was fine and my husband really liked that truck. This is where everything went south for me they are straight liars. When I was in the previous Saturday I just asked Scott if he would work with me on price he says yes. So we go in sit down Tom asks if my husband likes truck he says yes but we are looking at others not a lie at all trying to be straight up. Tom says okay well where is the title to your husbands truck? I was like hold up why do you need that we never said we were buying today he claims he misunderstood and thought we were. Okay understandable but he got real attitude about this and was treating me and my husband like we were in the wrong. They offered us money for my husbands truck without the keys?? Who does that?? That just made me think wow what if they do this with every truck they get it could be trash for all they know? I mean my husbands truck is in great shape and really nice for the year. My husbands system was over $800.00 and Tom and this other jerkoff were trying to keep my husbands truck over night just so they could make a deal??? I was just taken back like I never told Tom we were buying right then and there. Then they refused to come off of the online price. I have bought many of cars not sure who they think they are most places will give you a bottom dollar just to think about. Tom refused to do so and kept saying NO WE WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE PRICE THAT IS ONLINE THIS IS BOTTOM DOLLAR. I was like okay after going back and forth a while and having Tom tell us about the average person we walked out!!! This was the best decision I have ever made Tommy Dickinson is the worst salesman ever. He has a case on himself and thinks he is the best because he had a ton of sales and mocked the other sales guys who work there. Not to mention when me and my Husband left another guy was yelling at another salesman saying how rude everyone is and how he will never be back and never reffer them to anyone well that just confirmed that I made the right choice. Not sure why they have good reviews on here because Yelp gave them nothing but bad reviews wish I knew this before I came here. Tom Dickinson thanks so much for showing me how immature you are and how much you do not deserve my business. AWFUL PLACE SCAM ARTIST BEWARE! More
Run from this dealership. I actually had over 500 words written but i still had another 1000 to write so I m going to put it in basic terms. 1. They are rude. Our salesman George was nice but ALL mana written but i still had another 1000 to write so I m going to put it in basic terms. 1. They are rude. Our salesman George was nice but ALL management is the rudest group I have ever met. 2. You need to be superman to get the prices they advertise, so if your a student who is also in the service and one other stupid thing, then maybe you can qualify for incentives. 3. They lie about your credit score to give you a higher rate. Know your score and bring a printed copy. They said my husbands score was 45 points below what it actually was. When i argued this with them, because we monitor our scores, I was told that this is the number they git andirs the only one that counts. They did not provide me with any paperwork to backup my husbands score. Not only did i know they were lying because we monitor it but after we left or were basically told to leave, we went immediately to Elkins Chevyand bought a 2014 camaro for under the price of the fiat covertible. The score Elkins got for our credit was 45 points HIGHER. Wonder how many people pay higher interest rates because of maple shade fiat. 4. There were marks on the leather and buff circles and scratches all over the car. When we brought this up to them the head manager and Scott started flipping out on us. Basically verbally abusing us. We asked our salesman George to come outside o we could show him these defects and we were hollared at by the head manager that if we werent going to buy the car George was not allowed to go outside. At that we left. 5. Scott told us as wew were contemplating whether we were going to buy the car that if we walked out and decided we wanted to actually purchase a fiat that we will not get a good price. The way they talked to us truly upset me. My only consolationwas the fact that the date was september 30, 2013 and they made me take the car off the lot so they could meet their monthly quota. Funny thing was is that the carwas in myhusbands name and my husband was away that monday, so we had to come back tuesday to sign paperwork. It was nice to be able to walk out having not purchased a car from them. People just please beware, these guys are nasty thieves. Do not go to this dealership. More
george lied to me about the service. i only bought from them because he told me that i could take my car to any chrysler dealer for service. i tried and all the chrysler dealers local do not have any fiat them because he told me that i could take my car to any chrysler dealer for service. i tried and all the chrysler dealers local do not have any fiat mechanics. i went to the dealership that day just to look at the cars. i was not ready to buy but he lied so much that i bought and feel really stupid now for not finding out the truth first. for beiieving what i was told. i would never want to take my car to maple shade for service the drive is very difficult in the morning from deptford. i tried and was in bumper to bumper for 40 mins and had another 30 minutes to go.when i got disgusted and turned back trying to make it for a service call. then i called the manager and he got nasty with me. he fired george and does not care what i was told. tough for me. i need a good honest dealership for my fiat. can anyone suggest one? Alright, so I go online and find out that this Fiat dealership has like tons of luxury cars. I was suspicious at first, but they really did have all of the cars on their website. I decided on a Mercede dealership has like tons of luxury cars. I was suspicious at first, but they really did have all of the cars on their website. I decided on a Mercedes and actually got a really good deal without having haggle back and forth. I will definitely buy another car from them in the future. More

This is the worse place to purchase a Car, apparently they do not inspect their vehicles before selling them. Safety of their customers is not a priority at Maple Shade Fiat. This was suppossed to be a g they do not inspect their vehicles before selling them. Safety of their customers is not a priority at Maple Shade Fiat. This was suppossed to be a great experience for my family its a mechanical nightmare. Who owns Maple Shade Fiat the owner has to know about this? They won't be open long if they keep selling used cars in this case a 2007 with severely worn brakes and other mechanical issues. I lost my brother and sister in a car accident the same day, the last thing I want is a car that my family drives to get hurt or killed because they do not inspect the safety of their cars before selling it! I PAID PREMIUM TO BUY THIS CAR. Notified the dealership within a month after buying the car, the car was sold to me with severely worn brake pads and bad rotors all around and a list of other things and was I was told by sales manager " I got the Car for a good price I 'm lucky, we won't repair anything", I Went back again in May and was told the same thing, went back again finally got some help from Scott the General Manager after I told him the car shutdown going down the highway, the brakes are no good and list of other issues like driver side mirror , windows not working , warning lights etc. He paid for half the cost of the repairs. I rented a car and paid for it, they do not have loaners. Had to go back because the rear brakes are rubbing after new brake pads and new front rotors, then they tell me the rotors in the back need to be replaced and they did their best by sanding them down and Will the Service Manager told me I caused it because I drove the CAR 7000 miles, I told Scott the General Manager I do not feel it is fair you sold me the car with this many issues and he replied "he helped me once and now I am milking him for more", Well Scott I just don't want my Kid or my Wife to get killed because you don't care about the condition of a vehicle prior to selling it. I take it back again after they put new brake pads and rotors that I paid half for thinking they would honor their work it still rubs and and now sounds like the brake calipers are moving back and forth, Will the service manager is not friendly and does not care, Thinks when a customer complains about fairness like paying for the car and car payments the customer expects it to work, Blames the customer, and man he needs somebody to tell him about safety. It gets better. I call today because the lug nut on the car is missing, that they either lost or sold the Car that way to me and Will the service Manager makes up this story that he has written on the paperwork the car was sold that way , I have all paperwork and he told me its just not on my paperwork, Fiat service lost the lock key and a lug nut on my car and did not even tell me or offer to replace it. They let me drive away but they had it on their paperwork not mine which I will post later on another review. Will states the dealership sold the car that way, I asked Will is it safe to drive the car missing a lug nut and he said yes, I asked really he said that when they worked on it the mechanic wrote it on their paperwork but not on mine. I lost a brother and sister in a car accident and Will the service manager says its safe for Fiat of Mapleshade to sell the car without a lug nut? Will the service manager just keeps stating you put 7000 miles on it, it a high mileage car etc. The Service Manager at Maple shade Fiat! Wow! Most people don't complain they just don't comeback. Hopefully nobody gets hurt in this faulty vehicle. More
I recently had purchased a used Honda Accord from a nearby dealership, but after viewing a few YouTube videos on the Fiat Abarth, I felt that it was a "must" to go and test drive the vehicle. Luckily f nearby dealership, but after viewing a few YouTube videos on the Fiat Abarth, I felt that it was a "must" to go and test drive the vehicle. Luckily for me, I discovered that there was a Fiat dealership located not far away in Maple Shade, NJ. So, on a late Friday evening, I headed to the Fiat studio on an impulse. To my dismay, I had arrived at 6PM on a Friday, and was unaware that this was end of business for the dealership for the day. However, Ron (one of the business managers) was luckily still present. He gave me some information and advised me to return on the following day -- so I did. I arrived on Saturday afternoon, and Ron introduced me to Tommy. From there on, all negotiations and interactions were through Tommy. Tommy is a new employee from my understanding, but perhaps this works in his favor. He is a younger gentleman, very personable and down to earth. He took a very "matter of fact" approach to our negotiations, which I much prefer. Long story short, I was given the appropriate value for my vehicle trade in, was given a fair price for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and the rest is history. I also want to note that some interaction occurred with their general sales manager Bruce. He seemed to be involved in the process in regards to my credit application, and anything involving the financial aspect of things. He was also very pleasant to work with. I have had a few minor hiccups with the vehicle since (a coolant hose clamp needed to be replaced), but they were all minor issues. I must say, the service department is also good at the studio. They seem to be very blue collar "salt of the earth" type of blokes, which again, is another plus. Since I've purchased my vehicle at Fiat of Maple Shade, I've recommend the studio to one other person, who also ended up purchasing a vehicle. This person is also happy with their purchase and their interactions with the studio. More
Just plain awful. Bought 2 cars from them with 24 hours and am regretting doing so. Its been over a month and we are still waiting for the "we-owe" items. I've written the manager several times only to rec and am regretting doing so. Its been over a month and we are still waiting for the "we-owe" items. I've written the manager several times only to receive NO response. I could have gotten better customer service at "joe-blow car shack". Consulting legal council next. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. More
