UNAVAILABLE PARTS FROM FENDER BENDER ACCIDENT. I am sorry to take advantage of this forum, but. I had a car accident , a fender bender. Geico is waiting for the you guys "ALFA ROMEO" to provide I am sorry to take advantage of this forum, but. I had a car accident , a fender bender. Geico is waiting for the you guys "ALFA ROMEO" to provide the part that was ordered well over two months ago. I do have full coverage and I am driving around with fender bender on my brand new FIAT 500X. Please let us know when we can have these parts, my understanding is that the parts are coming from ITALY? All efforts are very much appreciated. Respectfully, Johneatter Williams More

Obviously everyone wants to make money The service felt adversarial and too profit driven with little regard for customer experience or satisfaction. Obviously everyone wants to make money but there are concessions that are made on either side of a deal. When I didn't give in to their price point, which was too high, they thanked me for my time and disengaged negotiations (negotiations is a little misleading since they refused to discuss changes in price at all). Two days after leaving, they called me back and negotiated on price. Even then the costs were not openly discussed and I had to drag things out of them. They attempted to hide their dealer fees from me and were generally 'sneaky' feeling. Overall, their price was too high for a car with many paint flaws, they were very reluctant to negotiate price, and they used deception to make their price appear reasonable. I like the car I ended up getting but I hope to never have another experience like that when I purchase a car in the future. More

Completely unhappy I had a couple issues reached out to the dealership got no responses when I did get responses they were unacceptable and did not fix the problem I was I had a couple issues reached out to the dealership got no responses when I did get responses they were unacceptable and did not fix the problem I was having two months down the line still having the same issues and still no resolution And still no response spoke to manager still nothing. The only time I hear from them is when they need something from me other than that they will not return a call. More
