NJ/FL Collision Resolution Maple Shade Collision Center was recommended by Cherry Hill Mitsubishi to repair my son's 2017 Outlander Sport was was sandwiched in an accident. I could stop there, but that would not even offer a hint of the awesome service I received. My son was two day from deploying overseas before the accident and I live in Florida. The entire team is pleasant and very professional however, my Maple Shade claims manager, Jamie Branco, provided a level of service that is increasingly difficult to find these days. Ms. Branco assured me that things were going to be fine. She stated she would arrange having the vehicle towed to the shop, meet with the adjuster and QC the final repairs. I called often with various needs and status inquiries, she was always a delight to talk with and calmed my agitated state. I flew up to pick up the car once the repairs were completed, and as Jamie assured me, everything was fine. More
