No customers were present at dealership yet I waited for them to do transaction. Representative is young, nice, and service oriented. manager, tries to befriend you as they add fees to the payout amount referencing delivery fees although the car has been with me for last 3 years. Finance advisor, rude, dry, no help in explaining what you are signing and referring you back to rep if you have any questions. I had to leave vehicle there because they could not inspect it in a timely manner, rep drove me to my house and drove MY OWN CAR back to dealer for inspection. Endo f day I had to get ride to dealer to pick up "inspected" car which they did not even consider washing. Bad experience I do not recommend dealership. More
Alfa Romeo Palmetto - North Miami - these people are crooks!!! Be careful) They wanted to take advantage of the great equity of my car at lease-end, so they wanted mark up my residual value by more than crooks!!! Be careful) They wanted to take advantage of the great equity of my car at lease-end, so they wanted mark up my residual value by more than $2,000 and charge me $1,900 in dealer and “transportation” fees (which I never pay when buying/leasing a car- you should never do as they are just profits for them, even if they tell you that’s impossible to waive). Their explanation was “that the car wasn’t owned by anyone and that the bank charges them in order to sell the car.” Of course this is a bogus explanation. Everything was a LIE! They were completely reluctant to bend so I decided to look for the door and leave. After I explained why this wasn’t a fair deal they said that I was a “too smart customer” and that they wouldn’t make money with me. Please educate yourself so these trainer crooks don’t take advantage of you. Don’t go to dealerships like this! Especially if your lease is ending and you wanna buy the vehicle. Consider LeaseEnd.com. I ended up with. Great deal by using their service. Everything worked seamlessly. Also make sure you watch the videos on YouTube by “Kevin Hunter The Homework Guy,” they know all the tips so you become financially smart and avoid the crooks like Alfa Romeo Palmetto take advantage of you. The name of the manager is Chris. Hope Alfa Romeo of North America takes note of this as these people as they do damage their brand. More
Terrible, or may I say, CERO, customer service after you make your purchase and walk out the door. Purchased a 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio a couple of months ago because I fell in love with the car. Salesman make your purchase and walk out the door. Purchased a 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio a couple of months ago because I fell in love with the car. Salesman insisted on getting a picture and positive review from me on the spot and I agreed in order to help. But not even one follow up courtesy call afterwards and I have contacted them twice because my car shows an alert that I do not have roadside assist, which I thought would have been left all installed/connected upon leaving dealership. First time seller brushed me off, letting me know that when I tool car to Service for a recall they did not tell me anything about that Service would take care of it. The car is still showing the alert and I called the seller again as I never had to take the car to Service after all and seller responded, once again without even a 'hello', letting me know if's probably nothing and that alert should go away when clicking 'ok'. Goes to show how little empathy or concern this dealer really has for its customers once you leave. I had to tell the seller I did not care about just getting the alert out of the screen. I'm a single woman and I care about my safety and making sure I have roadside assist when I need it. Unbelievable. So I ended up asking seller if he had a number I could call to get help as evidently the salesperson and dealer could care less about customer's wellbeing or even courtesy customer service after one closes on a purchase. He gave me the number for me to figure it out. Do NOT leave your review on the spot. They are desperate and they continue getting off the hook from having to provide any customer service whatsoever based on their pressuring to get instant reviews. More

Took it to Lamborghini shortly after my purchased and Lamborghini of Italy wrote my a letter voiding my warranty because my miles were rolled back. I made every honest effort to resolve this with Palmetto Alfa Romeo but they totally ignored my attorneys. I’m left with a quarter million+ dollar car with no warranty; they xxxxed me on this. To think, I spent over a half million dollars with them in one week purchasing two cars. Please double-check everything with this dealership. More
Dealership and service department are total nightmares. How is there only ONE service center for Alfa Romeos? That being said, NONE of the “mechanics” there are knowledgeable nor trained to repair car issues. The manager at service is arrogant and rude, and clearly doesn’t care how many times you repeatedly have to bring your car back for the same issues. You should NOT have to bring your car in 6 times within 3 weeks for the same issue. I had to fight for a loaner bc they were willing to let me drive off with a leaking valve. Then they ask to switch the loaner the very next day bc they had “sold” it. It’s absurd. I will be choosing to not lease a car from Palmetto Alfa/Fiat, nor will anyone else I know. STAY FAR AWAY. 1 Star is being to kind to this dealershipI went down to 1 Star is being to kind to this dealership I went down to look at a car made them an offer they came back with a counter offer. I left but decided to 1 Star is being to kind to this dealership I went down to look at a car made them an offer they came back with a counter offer. I left but decided to take the counter offer. I texted them back agreed to the price they texted me. Asked about the total price for the car, which I think upsets them as they want to get you to finance through them so they can rip you off that way with bad financing. So instead they just told me they raised the price of the car almost $1000.00 This place is everything a bad car lot offers. I will not be surprised to see when a new dealership opens up in place of them Ask for Jaz, he will surely disappoint you More
Avoid! Wish I would have read all the negative reviews and BBB gives 1 of 5 stars. I made an appointment with Chris to come test drive a Fiat Spider 124 that has been advertised for 3 months. I arrived a and BBB gives 1 of 5 stars. I made an appointment with Chris to come test drive a Fiat Spider 124 that has been advertised for 3 months. I arrived at 2:00 pm my appt. time and was told that Chris not working today and the car I wanted sold, another sales person said we have another one in the service department. So incompetent and dishonest. Also I walked in a single women, bad idea at this dealership, stood in the lobby 20 minutes before I tried talking to the manager to hear more lies. Of course I did want one of the lower priced cars on the lot, it was obvious the guys work on commission and didn't want to waste their time with me. Also most of them didn't even wear a face mask during this pandemic. So I had some of my male friends call, and of course the car advertised is magically is available, , More
Super Shady Dealer – Steer Clear!Found an Alfa Romeo Super Shady Dealer – Steer Clear! Found an Alfa Romeo Stelvio online that was for sale at Palmetto Alfa Romeo. Started speaking to my salesperson Super Shady Dealer – Steer Clear! Found an Alfa Romeo Stelvio online that was for sale at Palmetto Alfa Romeo. Started speaking to my salesperson on Monday 3/8. Expressed my desire to purchase one of the particular models on their lot. I was very specific when telling him my finance requirements, and shared that I was able to obtain a low interest rate at my bank. Explained that if they could not beat the rate then I would obtain my own financing. Scheduled a visit for Wednesday of that week, and explained to him that it is a 3 hour drive one-way from where I live. Touched base again with him on Tuesday, specifically telling him that if we could not make the numbers work on a deal for the vehicle that I was interested in, that I would not be traveling over 6 hours to their dealership. He replied with a number that was not satisfactory – and when I declined the offer he asked where I wanted to be on the deal. I was very specific and he called me back to say that they would be able to make it work for the number I was willing to pay. I reiterated the terms and rate of the loan to which he verified that was what they were agreeing to. I asked if I should start a credit application to which he assured me it would all be taken care of the next day. Wednesday morning, I drove 3+ hours to Miami to sign paperwork and take delivery. Upon my arrival the vehicle I had been speaking to him about was filthy, sitting 6 cars deep on the lot. I was a bit perturbed that he had not bothered to even make the vehicle presentable or ready for a test drive, but started the buying process anyway. After over an hour of reaching out to Experian to get a credit lock taken off of my account so that they could run an application (which would have been easier dealt with the day before, as I had suggested) they began getting the car ready and arranging the paperwork to close the deal. I was finally taken in to sign the paperwork and was almost completed with signing when it came to the sales contract. The finance manager correctly pointed to the amount of my payment and the first due date. He did not go over the interest rate or the term of the loan. Upon looking over the document myself I realized that they were charging me an additional 2.89% interest as well as elongating the loan by 2 years!! When I pointed to the error the manager stated that was what I had agreed to. I had to literally take my phone out and bring up the text messages that I had with my salesperson to get him to stop arguing with me. He then came back with the original number that they had called me with the day before - the figure that I specifically told the salesperson I would not make the drive for. So, in other words, they wasted an entire day of my life trying the old bait and switch. The finance manager finally brought in the sales manager as well as my salesperson. The sales manager admonished the salesperson right in front of me and told him to go home. Never once did the sales manager or salesperson apologize for wasting my time or attempting to deceive me. The finance manger kept hacking at his senseless number until I had had enough of the absurdity and left. Never received a follow up phone call, text message, apology – Nothing! On my way back home, I stopped at a different Alfa Romeo dealer to look at a similar vehicle. Within two hours they had made a very reasonable deal, completed all of the paperwork and had me on my way home in my new vehicle! I ended up paying $12,000 less than what Palmetto was offering me – that’s correct – not a typo…$12,000 LESS!! Do yourself a favor and find someone other than Palmetto Alfa Romeo to entrust your car buying experience!!!! More
