Fiat of Winter Haven surpassed our every expectation in professionalism, courtesy, and their patient approach. My husband and I went to look at a Fiat to see if was a feasible match for a small person. Shane was the salesman that greeted us and was very helpful. We picked up the person who needed the car and took her back to the dealership. Everyone there was very polite and kind to each of us. We did end up buying a Fiat 500. My experience started by visiting the Winter Haven dealership. I was greeted by Shane Gaines who answered all of my questions with no pressure to buy. My husband & I returned to buy a car. When we returned I had one request which was to be able to take a car to my house to see if it would fit in our small garage. Without hesitation we were told we could & to take our time. I decided on the one I wanted. From that point on we did not have to go thru what other dealers make you thru. The whole purchasing was painless. The car was washed & ready for pick up on the day promised. Shane took the time to go over all of the features. He even offered me to come back with my cell phone & he would set it up with the blue tooth. He is very knowledgeable & was willing to spend time we me. Anyone wanting to purchase a Fiat, make sure you see Shane. You won't be sorry. Thanks Shane! More
I have owned my Fiat 500 Pop for just about one year and I have been more than pleased with the service and experiences that I continue to have each time I visit the Fiat of Winter Haven Dealership. I received the amount I was looking for on my trade and the interest rate on my financing was incredibly smooth. I have had my car serviced several times and each time I come back, I receive the same treatment. The people at this dealership are "into" these cars and are eager to assist me with any needs or questions that I may have. My son, loves going to the dealership and sitting in the TV room on the beanbag chair and looking at the cars. If you are in the market for a new car or used car, ask for Tony Marin. I was very inspired and impressed with the videos that were made up for customer's -thanking them for their purchase at the dealership and seeing the reactions after a delivery of their new car was priceless. So I watch the site for some time thinking, there was no way I would be able to get a really nice new vehicle but after many months - I said to myself. Let me try the Preapproval Application online and see what happens. Well Next Thing I know Shane Gaines calls me after Alex Mahalak gave the approval to call me, etc. My first words to Shane Gaines was Tell me you have bad news for me and he said No, I have good news for you. So Shane asked what I was looking for and he was very nice, kind and professional and told me the deals, rebates and promotions going on at the time of application. They offered me a great deal on a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport Car since the 2012 Models were on the way out and 2013 were starting to come in Strong. Alex and Shane were good at answer questions, giving advice and making sure my buying experience was comfortable from start to finish. The experience was possible by letting me know what was expected and what I needed to have before my visit to dealership. Shane Gaines even came way out of his way to pick me up from home since I had no transportation and toke me to dealership for delivery of vehicle, etc. Now to me that is what I call great service and taking care of your customer and making sure again the buying experience yet above and beyond. When the words come to mind - Would I recommend them to friends, family and others - The Answer would be YESSSSSS!!!! I would without question. Below is the original review I made... to be fair I wanted people to see how initially happy I was..... And at the time of purchase I was extremly happy and satified.... It is a shame the second you drive off the lot the dealer no longer has any support and to find out after the fact that Peter admitted he flat out lies to consumers as well as stateing that they are here to sell new cars not fix cars already purchased. I strongly advise to consumers to not be fooled they will tell you anything to get you into a car and bend over backwards at the time of the sale to see that you purchase, but once you drive off the lot the support and friendliness goes out the window and is replaced by rude, condesending remarks like " it must be Casper the friendly ghost" and "sorry but not our problem now it is yours and you should take it to a different service department or take up the problems up with the manufacturer". They had my car for a week to try and figure out what is going on with the electrical issues in the car after not being able to replicate they said the car is fine. no one bothered to call and say can you give us more information on what is going on because we are not able to replicate the random occuring issue. And after dropping the car off Saturday I did call Wednesday to check on it and rather then them state at that time they were still not able to recreate all the issues and there was nothing they could do no instead they failed to mention any of this and at the time stated the car was entirely fixed they were just waiting on a replacement shroud for the steering collum. Upon picking up my car and them now revealing they could not figure out the problem and sent me on my way. For the next week I documented each time problem occured listing time date and conditions of occurance of the problems and after being spoken down to by Pete in a very disgraceful manner Pete implied I was stupid and new nothing about the way cars work (even though I used to work in my brothers mechnic shop along side him grant it was old cars with no computer systems but even being a women I am familiar with cars... I would have just brought my car to him had he not passed away ) On top of the rude uncalled for remarks made. Pete also hung up on while in the middle of trying to explain my concerns knowing full well I was two hours away and could not just drop by the shop. He also flat out admitted to "lying to consumers" his words not mine... It also says they have a shuttle service but they refuse with my distance to allow me to use it even though it is part of the warranty program which my car is still under. I was extremely shocked to find out that he fully admits to "lying". I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. any suggestions from consumers on how I should proceed would be appreciated erudolph23@yahoo.com I will edit again with more details..... From Shaye in the internet sales to Alex in sales and of coarse Tony who went over all the bells and whistles of the car w/me :o) It was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car.... Original Msg Will be deleted shortly I went to SEVERAL Fiat Dealerships I was not treated very well and did not have a good experience until I got to Winter Haven. I knew that I knew I wanted a Fiat and was paying cash so you would think it would be a very easy task... I learned the hard way that no many places really know what customer service anymore. Not that case Fiat of Winter Haven they ARE COMPLETELY AMAZING!!! My husband and I stopped in to look at a used Mini Cooper. We decided to also look at the Fiat 500. Before looking, I really thought the Fiat was out of our budget. I was truly surprised to find out how affordable the Fiat line was. I also want to mention the buying experience. They actually made it fun! Too many times previous to this experience I have been subjected to the old "let me talk to my manager" game. THAT NEVER HAPPENED HERE! The sales staff went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and informed. I will always recommend this dealership! Thanks guys! More
Let me first start by saying that I LOVED my Saturn ION. It was the second one had bought in a row. I would have gone on purchasing more of them if GM hadn't gone cray cray and killed the brand... ...bu It was the second one had bought in a row. I contacted Fiat of Winter Haven via their website to do a pre-approval (just for giggles). I had already contacted Kia and Ford...but had no luck with their Finance departments. After those experiences, I really had no expectations. I figured I had absolutely zero chance of getting qualified. Behold the amazing team at Fiat of Winter Haven! Not only did they qualify me for a VERY afforadable loan, but they were also able to find a brand new Fiat that not only met my list of very specific requests, but also had a few extra bells and whistles to make the deal even sweeter! Living in the moment and relishing the excitement of hearing that I could get approved for a brand new car, I went ahead and told them to go ahead and process my request for a loan and that I would come by the next day to pick up the car. The reaction over the phone was "Are you sure? Are you sure you don't want to come by and test drive one first? Come meet us before you buy your car." The "vibe" of the call told me that they were the type of team that really cares for their customers...they are a business and are there to make money...but only if the customer is going to be 100% happy with their purchase and experience. They weren't going to sell me a car until they were sure I was going to be happy in it. When I showed up at the dealership the next day, they insisted I take a test drive in a car similar to the one I was interested in before they would sell me the car. They really were doing everything to make sure I didn't make an uninformed decision. As soon as I sat down in the car I was in love! I got a quick tour of the car and its features and was pleasantly surprised with how much car you got for the price. They were VERY well-informed about their product and were able to answer every question I posed. I've gone back several times in the past three months to perform some upgrades to the car (all aesthetic things like tinting, stripes, and chrome), but have not yet had to take the car back for anything performance-related. Each time I have walked into the Studio, they have welcomed me back with smiles and hand-shakes. I think most dealerships would dread or get really tired of customers who constantly e-mail them or come back to visit...but not this team. They treat me like a member of the family and are always interested in how things are going. We talk about what's going on in our lives while sipping fresh coffee while I wait for the work to be completed by their VERY competent technicians. It's all VERY relaxed and informal. No pressure, what-so-ever. This review cannot possibly express my gratitude to the team at Fiat of Winter Haven or tell you, the reader, how awesome the experience at this dealership has been...but you'd be silly to take your business anywhere else for a new or used car. Having now driven this car for a little over three months, I can honestly say that I have NEVER been HAPPIER with ANY car I have EVER owned...including my Saturns! And never have I felt like a part of a family the way I do with the crew at Fiat of Winter Haven...and that's also including my time visiting the Saturn dealership! More

We did not set out to buy 3 Fiat's much less red,white & blue but when we brought the first Fiat Gucci edition home the rest of the family was sold on the styling and ride of the car. We needed a tow car and found that the Fiat is one of the lightest flat towing capable vehicles on the market which offers great amenities even in the base model. These cars are a pleasure to drive & stingy on fuel to boot. If you are looking for a car that is loaded with features, fun to drive , head turner & easy on gas, the Fiat is the car for you.  If you are looking for a dealer, you owe it to yourself to check out the team at Winter Haven Fiat!
