Fantastic Dealership! I test drove a 500 at another dealership and was given the sales routine so I searched the web and found Andra who listened and made me feel like I would get a great value. Only problem now is I just had surgery and didn't want to drive the 100+miles each way. No problem for Winter Haven they drove the car and paperwork to my home. Jon Mospaw was great. He had everything ready and I bought my car on my kitchen table in ten minutes! What a pleasure. Jon then showed me all the car features in my driveway. All the personnel I called were very professional and go the extra mile to please. This is the way buying a car should be....fun. My previous experience buying a car was like going to the dentist. That happy feeling disappears when you spend 4 hours waiting for a sales manager to negotiate a price, a credit manager to upsell their warranties and a crew that takes 45 minutes to get your car ready. Now that I know things can be friendly and done on my terms I will recommend Winter Haven and my new Fiat to all admirers! More

I had a heavy time constrain, live an hour away from Winter Haven Fiat, and was summarily confused by some of Winter Haven's road names (a few of them appear twice?), but they were immediate in their at Winter Haven Fiat, and was summarily confused by some of Winter Haven's road names (a few of them appear twice?), but they were immediate in their attention. The typical back-and-forth of car buying occured and I decided that car and the convenience of having it then verses additional rental days and a drive back out far outweighed more savvy haggling. Now, what gives these fellows a gold star is that I had severe trouble with my bank allowing the purchase, despite having the cash for an outright payment. They worked with me to make a second contract for "financing" that they then destroyed once I'd sent a wire from my bank in the morning. I was able to drive off the lot with my car and leave my rental with them, with the assurance that Enterprise has an agreement with them and would swing by in the morning. Very positive and appreciated. More

I only had my car 5 days when the Check Engine light came on and stayed on. Steve checked it late on Thursday, and ordered the parts right away (the new car needed the O-2 sensor and another sensor replaced) on and stayed on. He called me on Friday morning to tell me the parts were in, and he would come pick up my car at my office in Bartow! I was so impressed with the service ... way above what I expected! I told Steve he provided "Great Customer Service!" My husband and I both drive Fiats now, and we're so happy with them. Our first Fiat is a 2012 Fiat 500 Pop (red) and the other one is a 2014 Fiat 500L! Great little cars! More

Overall, we were pleased with our experience. However, the salesman (Javier Cruz) failed to go over the car with us at all. Driving in a rainstorm 2 days later, I had no idea how to turn on the wipers. So the salesman (Javier Cruz) failed to go over the car with us at all. We also received a call from Pete Loganzo on Monday (after purchasing the car late Saturday) to tell us that my husband and I had to come back to sign the credit app. This should've been taken care of on Saturday. (And we weren't the only ones who had to return to sign papers.) And since no one went over the car with us, we had no idea that the car did not have a CD player nor the trip mileage (or whatever it's called). We love the car ... AND our little 2-door Fiat as we are now a 2-Fiat family! More
