Keeps me coming back Came to this dealership 9 months ago to purchase my first 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. That one got totaled a few days before my 1st payment. Came back again Came to this dealership 9 months ago to purchase my first 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. That one got totaled a few days before my 1st payment. Came back again for another identical 2013 Abarth. My brother came here for his 2013 Abarth Cabriolet just a few days after my first one. I just came back again last week for a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop for my girlfriend that she absolutely loves. Every time, Alex Mahalak got me right at the monthly payment I needed to be at no matter what the circumstances, likewise for my brother. Always friendly and professional, and always with a smile. You don't get this kind of customer service anywhere else. The entire purchase process is actually pleasant and painless, and is the quickest I have ever dealt with. Alex works to get the best financing and lowest interest rates and will work with you the best he can to get you where you need to be. An example of this would be this past week when I spoke with Alex about getting a Pop. He called me later that day while I was at home, letting me know that he got me approved. We came in that Saturday to test drive the car and sign the paper work. I don't think we were there an hour! It was that fast and simple! Yeah, I'll continue coming here for my future purchases. We're still trying to talk our oldest brother into getting a Fiat as well. He's been kind of hinting at it already! More

Bought a Fiat 500, had dealings with Alex and Curtis, met service mgr Jordan, and all in all was impressed by every aspect of the deal. OK... Impressed so much, I went back the following week and purchased a second Fiat 500... Both pre-owned and certified, these cars are awesome, averaging 36 mpg around town and 40 on Highway.... I usually hate going to dealerships for anything, but these two experiences changed all that.... Thanks guys! More

It can be stressful experience and in the end, you don't want to feel taken advantage of. I learned about Fiat of Winter Haven through a family member who said the people were so friendly and helpful. Then, through another family member, learned that Fiat's are extremely reliable and great cars. Putting the two together, I looked into getting a Fiat from Fiat of Winter Haven and I can now say I'm a very proud owner of a Fiat 500L! The service and attention I received from the team at Fiat of Winter Haven was like nothing else I've ever experienced before. Andra contacted me to gather some information when she saw I was inquiring about a Fiat through the web site. It was the next day I was speaking with Alex who provided some financing options. It was refreshing to see someone try and get me the best deal possible. There was never a feeling that I couldn't get into the car I wanted. It seemed Alex wanted me to get the car as much as I did. I can't that about other dealerships. When it came time to visit the lot, I was immediately greeted by Alex and Sean when I pulled up. After a quick test drive and a vehicle overview with Sean, I sat with Curtis to finalize the deal. The whole team was great and I really appreciate the effort Alex and Curtis made to make this purchase possible and fair. Once the paperwork was signed, it was time to drive off with my new car, but not before receiving a helpful tutorial from Sean on how to setup and use many of the car's features. Once I left the lot, I felt so good about the entire experience. No pressure, no haggling, no regret. Jordan Seibert and the whole Service Departmnet are outstanding! They got me in and out super fast, so I waited around for the service to be done. While there I have met with most of the staff and they all will make you feel right at home. Even though John Mospaw was very busy that day he even made time in between customers to let me test drive the 500 Lounge. I know what your thinking, but it's his job, he's a salesman, but he knew I wasn't going to buy that day and he made time for me anyway. I have always dredded car shopping and in this case I was at some horrible dealerships I was treat very rude and unimportant. They made me feel I would never get my Fiat. I decided to try one more Fiat dealership. I am so glad I did. When I got to Winter Haven Fiat they were so respectful and great to work with. As soon as I got there they already had a car ready for me to test drive before anything else. Then after the test drive they sat down with me to see what I needed in the Fiat and how we can make it work. No pressure at all and so respectful to me. They worked hard to get me my Fiat that I LOVE. My credit was less then perfect and knew it be hard but they did it. Went in on a Saturday and drove home my new Fiat 500L on Tuesday. We were in the market for a vehicle for our son to replace what he was currentl My husband and I saw a car advertised on the USAA car buying service. We were in the market for a vehicle for our son to replace what he was currently driving. We were looking for something with low payments, low mileage and a good warranty and salesman John showed us several options. The car we saw advertised on USAA was out for a test drive but came back while we were there. Once we saw this Fiat 500 Pop, we knew this was probably going to be our choice but I still wanted to check some of the other dealers. There was NO pressure at all which was a huge relief. The entire staff was courteous and friendly the whole time. Curtis came out and also told us of a Toyota that was due to arrive on Tuesday which he thought we might be interested in as well. All this was happening on Saturday. We checked a couple of other local dealers and were disappointed on a number of levels. With the Fiat experience still fresh in our minds, the other dealers paled by comparison. Yes, they tried to be helpful but didn't come close when it came to variety of inventory and ability to meet our parameters. We decided on the Pop and since it was after hours, we emailed Fiat of Winter Haven, told them of our intent to purchase, and when we called on Monday, we were informed the car was being prepped. We drove down with our son and he fell in love with the car. We got everything we wanted; a good price on our trade-in, low payments, low mileage, and a great warranty! NO buyer's remorse here. The Best Service Ever Let me start off by saying the guys at Fiat of Winter Haven are AMAZING people . When I went there I never expected to be the owner of a Fiat. I didn't think it was the kind of car i was looking for. But as we looked at the new 4 door 500 trekker and Jon Mospaw pointed out all the features i realised it was everything I wanted in a new car ,safety, economical and alot of leg room in the front and the back. I wanted an economical car but not the feel of one. I am used to driving a caravan and grand caravan but the Fiat has the same big feeling on the inside as the caravans do. I have all the extra features in the Fiat ,the backup camera ,the navigation system, the great gas mileage and the awesome stereo The guys at Fiat of Winter Haven made the whole process of buying a car the most enjoyable experience. they were not in the least bit pushy like ALOT of salespeople I had met in the last couple of weeks and Curtis made all the paperwork painless and easy to get thru. People stop me all the time and ask about the car and they are amazed at how big it feels on the inside. I tell them where I got it and if they are thinking of getting a new or used car to go see these guys. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pushed into buying this amazing car. These guys and expecially Jon Mospaw treated my Mom ,a friend of mine and me like we were family the whole time we were there. also alot of joking around on all of our parts but I actually had a lot of fun buying the car and i would recomend them to anyone interested in buying new or used to go see Jon Mospaw, Curtis and Alex. It would be nice if all car salesman were more like them.
