Since the ownership changed from Jack Taylor’s Alexandria to the new owners the whole “trust and integrity in doing business” has nose dived into a complete freefall. Every single visit provides a new surprise with their newer tactics to turn a simple oil change into a thousand dollar miscellaneous change this change that job without merit or justification. I would steer away from this dealership if I can. More
