The service manager I was assigned to (Mohamed) was unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I called the manager and left a voicemail and called again where I was transferred to Mohamed's direct line which he did not answer. I ended up receiving a phone call from the manager (right before closing time) who was apologetic and said that he would handle the situation and that my car has been ready for pickup. This place is terrible! DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I went in for an oil change. Got told one amount - got a receipt for said amount and at the end of the day was charged an DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I went in for an oil change. Got told one amount - got a receipt for said amount and at the end of the day was charged an additional $30 in supplies and fees that was not on the bill! Then a diagnostic I was told was free ended up being charged for. This place used to be reliable but not they are dishonest about their practices and upcharge you in an egregious way. I will never be back here and I encourage you to go somewhere trustworthy and reliable. More

They charged me $140 after the "check engine" light came on, telling me that the charge would apply to my repair bill. Then they refused to apply it. With the chip shortage they can't get enough cars to sel on, telling me that the charge would apply to my repair bill. Then they refused to apply it. In the past, service has typically been good, but my recent experience has changed my mind and I don’t plan to return. My father was an auto mechanic, and he told me there are other options, which I told to my representative, but he said they do not do those options. I will not be getting my brakes done there. I also had to wait for 2.5 hours - for an oil change and state inspection. Lastly, when it was finally time to get my car back, I was not allowed to get my car myself (even though my car was right there). I had to watch a guy who did not know how to dry my car almost wreck it and when I received my car, my EZPass had been removed from my windshield and I could not put it back up. They had somehow ripped it from the windshield in a way that had damaged the adhesive. Oh, and not to forget. I noticed my car key had been removed from the rest of my keys, which includes my house keys, and they were left on the front seat of my unlocked car that was in the parking lot. More

My Camry was due for an oil change when the low air pressure light came on. All tires were over 30# so I figured it was the sensor. I took it to Gerry at Jack Taylor. He has always treated me right. They always want me to pay to fixe my car while a have warranty. The finance manager forced me to sign for extend warranty. I refused but he put it. I lose my time to go back there to cancel it.
