We have closer Toyota dealers to where we live, but we chose to come to Alexandria Toyota first and it was quite clear to us immediately why this dealership has just great reviews. First off, we arrived late in the evening, and took a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in one half hour before closing time. By the time we were finished the test drive, it was getting late but they did not try to rush us through at all. We decided to buy the truck, and, unlike at many other dealerships, these people were very pleasant to deal throughout the entire process. They did not try to play games by selling us equipment we did not want, excessive options or warranties we did not need, and gave us a very fair price for the truck. Even after we were all finished, the staff at Alexandria Toyota stayed well beyond closing time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. My wife and I could not have been happier with our car buying experience at Alexandria Toyota, and would recommend this dealership to anyone both inside the Beltway or beyond. Rob was not who I was supposed to meet on the day I purchased the car, but he took over and took charge and showed my husband and I what we needed to know about the car. He was very gracious and took the time to let us talk it through and decide what we wanted without pressure. The finance manager (Cynthia) was terrific. She also took time to review and give us advice about additional products and services, such as the extended warranty, which we did purchase. She was able to give her personal story about her Toyota and that helped to guide us on our decision making. Overall, my husband and I had a good, strong experience with everyone there. They were honest and forthright with the information we needed to make a good decision on a very important investment. I personally feel that we made a great choice based on the service we receive that day! More

I came back to this dealership as my first experience in 2004 was great. At that time I purchased a Corolla. We spoke briefly, he answered my questions, showed me a few cars and gave me his card. Last Tuesday, I actually used the card. I contacted Mr. Costley, told him I was coming out to purchase a car -- at that time I did not know what car but I knew I was leaving with something. We sat down, I told him my expectations for a monthly payment. He escorted me to Aaron's office told me to have a seat he would bring me a car. I had no idea what it would be as long as it was in the price range. Then whola I walked out with a 09' Camry with great mileage, cost, and finally that "upgrade" ;) Mr. Costley is very professional, knowledgable, honest (so important) and an ideal sales associate! I also appreciated Aaron's assistance with the process. He too was professional and patient. My overall experience was fantastic! I was and still I'm excited!
