Regardless of the job is done my car was driven excessively. I believe someone who work there took it home and back. More then 25 miles were driven.... It is stealing. One of my favorite things about this dealership was the "no pressure" atmosphere. I was not pressured to purchase a car or other "upgrades," which happens at some other dealerships. John's excellent salesmanship, the dealership's competitive pricing, and top of the line Sienna's impressive new design and user friendliness including music streaming from iPhone, touch screen Navigation, Widescreen HD DVD, and the smooth driving test -- we bought the Sienna Limited w/ Premium package over Odessey Touring Elite. We visited Alexandria Toyota a few times before our final decision, we were made at ease and didn't feel obligated to anything but felt very much at ease when test driving any option we chose. We tried 3 different configurations/options of Sienna, from XLE with different options to Limited with AWD and FWD. We felt no pressure to make choice one way or another. We received VERY COMPETITIVE quote,which other dealers can't even come close to matching. Overall, we had the best car purchasing experience with John McMillan.
