After a bad experience with a service department, I have found someone who is very straight forward and does what needs to be done without "addons." As long as Paul is there you have a customer. Virginia HOle I purchased my second car from this dealership--first in 2004 and now Oct/2011. John Mcmillan took excellent care of the sale--He was easy to talk with and did not try to give me any high presure sale talk--He listened to what I was saying and heard my concerns. I stopped in for a visit and thought that I would just look, but I ended finding a Toyota Corolla that reminded me of my first car! Jaime met me at the front entrance and showed me a selection of Camrys. After mentioning that I was looking for the Corolla, I test drove the blue one, and it was a great ride! Toyota really worked with me on price and Jaime was an incredible help. I didn't think my next car would be a Corolla, but Toyota sold me on a great product and I'm glad I went back to the trusty Corolla! More

We have been using Alexandria Toyota to service our Land Cruiser since we purchased it. I have never been happy with the lack of responsiveness from the service advisors, but my wife liked that they were c Cruiser since we purchased it. I have never been happy with the lack of responsiveness from the service advisors, but my wife liked that they were close. The battery died, so my wife used the dealership's online service advisor to find out when it was last replaced. She was told that they would e-mail that to her and an advisor would call her - neither happened. I took the dead battery out, and took it to the dealership, just to find out that it was replaced in April, not so hard took the person less than a minute to look-up. I asked for a replacement and was told that they could not do that and that I had to get a tow so that they could check out the vehicle. I asked if I paid for it and that it ended up being an issue with the battery could I get a refund, nope. A tow will cost quite a bit more than a new battery, so if I am going to have it towed, I will use a local repair shop where I get another vehicle serviced and have been quite happy with. A message to the manager has so far gone unreturned, it is unlikely that we will ever do business with this dealership again. More
