No appointment - no problem with Paul! Realized it was time for a service but didn't have time to make an appointment. I came in on a Saturday morning and Paul said " No problem. It was his after sale actions that impressed me the most though. When the new plates came in, he drove to my place of business and put them on my car for me. Also, when I brought my car in for some warranty work, he made sure everything was taken care of and in a timely manner. I was so happy with my purchase and experience, that I took my girlfriend to him to purchase her next vehicle and I sent a friend to him as well.
