Jim Brotherton of Alexandria Toyota made the purchase of my Toyota Camry downright pleasant. Features and options were clearly explained and I was not pushed into purchasing anything I did not need. I was given a complete tour of the facility and was honestly impressed by the size, order and cleanliness of the service areas. I researched vehicles and costs in advance and am confident I paid a fair price that was lower than quotes from other area dealerships. More important to me is I am certain that my vehicle will be well maintained by their service department. I highly recommend Jim and this dealership! More

Emergency Repair I was in my Nissan Sentra at the Potomac Yard (across from this dealership) and noticed that the plastic cover below the engine had separated from the I was in my Nissan Sentra at the Potomac Yard (across from this dealership) and noticed that the plastic cover below the engine had separated from the frame and was almost dragging on the asphalt. Since the nearest Nissan dealer was several miles away, I went across the street to this Toyota dealership hoping to be able to buy the plastic plugs which I intended to try to put in to fix the problem. The friendly parts man told me that the plastic attachments were different sizes depending on the model Toyota I have, so I would need a VIN no. When I told him I had a Nissan, he suggested seeing one of the service managers for help since they may be able to do something. I talked to Paul Sonnhalter and he immediately said that he would see what he could do. He got it repaired as I sipped the complimentary coffee in their waiting room. What service! The only thing I'm paying for this is the time to write this review. Great dealership!!! More

Another New Tundra We just picked our new Tundra. This is the third new Tundra from Alexandria Toyota. Our salesman, Eric C, located the exact truck I wanted. When I went to pick up the truck it was ready when I arrived. Eric C spent quite a bit of time with me going over and explaining the new features on this truck. Michael in the finance department helped me to choose the best extended warranty since I put a lot of miles on each year. He was great to work with as well. We are very pleased with this dealership and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you!! More

Sales person was top notch We recently purchased a new 2015 Avalon at Jack Taylor's Alexandria Toyota-Scion. Best car buying experience we ever had. Sales person was top notch and gave us a deal better than our expectations. He was efficient, friendly and always respectful of our time. The financial person had all the paper work ready to go when we went in to arrange payment. It was a very smooth transaction. The dealership itself is very spacious and clean with plenty of new cars on the showroom. Everyone was always ready to assist us. The delivery of the car was complete with the sales person taking his time to explain all the technology and operations of our new 2015 Avalon. We definitely recommend this dealership to others. Would also like to add that we get our 2013 Camry serviced here. Our service writer, Paul, is always friendly and accommodating. We have never had a complaint about the quality of the service. The sales people are knowledgeable, not pushy, listen and are interested in helping you find what your looking for in This is one terrific dealership. They are friendly, helpful & get matters fixed in a timely way. If there is a problem or a delay occurs due to additional repairs needed, they take the time to explain what additionally needs to be done, why, how much longer the service will take and any costs involved. The employees are neat, clean, know their work and do the job right the 1st time! I stopped in today as I was passing the dealership. I had an appt for tomorrow morning but hoped the car could be checked out right then. I spoke with Paul Sonnhalter. I said I'd prefer to come in for my next day appt rather than wait for a long time today. Well, Paul got the car checked out & ready to roll in no time flat! Excellent Job!
