Had many offers from different dealers in the Alexandria area but settled with Jack Taylor not on I bought a Toyota Highlander 2015 model August 2014. Had many offers from different dealers in the Alexandria area but settled with Jack Taylor not only because they helped me get the car of my dream but sales staff was very courteous. Other dealers phoned and emailed frequently, something I somewhat found to be irritating and ruthless. As a newcomer into the American society, I found the salesman Charlie Coles extremely helpful, mature and insightful. He gave me sufficient leeway to make up my mind while guiding me about various options available. He understood my cultural constraints and appeared to bear that in mind when dealing with me. My young son who visited the dealership ocassionally remarked about the pleasantness of Mr Coles; it was a naturally pleasant personality and he never appeared to be in a hurry to make a sale. He treated me as a human being and not just a person to give him a sale. The after service care has been good (it shows he is still aware of my needs despite having long paid for the car and gone). All around Best experience Ever at a dealership I walked into the dealership and was met by salesman Benjamin Proctor with a humbling smile and a firm handshake.
