In the first car, we actually stayed with Jack Taylor Dealership even though the price was about $500 higher than the competing offer. This time for the Prius 4, Mr. Jermstad gave us such a solid first bid that we were a little insulted by the excessively large initial prices by the competitors that it made us easy to quickly finalize with Jack Taylor. Mr. Jermstad was our first email for Prius, and we felt confident we would end up there. For the next vehicle we buy, Mr. Jermstad will again be the first person we reach out to. More

I was just looking underneath the truck and they left off part of the skid plate that covers the oil drain plug. this is unacceptable! even more so as this was done on toyota's flagship $85k SUV. i have zero faith in the technicians and quality control at jack taylors toyota. if they can't replace a cover who's to say they filled the oil correctly, changed the drain washer, assembled filter and put all of that in right, or did they even fill it correctly. no way would i trust jack taylor's to touch my bicycle let alone my land cruiser More

New vehicle purchased I went to Jack Taylor Toyota to look at a Toyota Prius and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure salesman I worked with, Kevin, my wife and I h I went to Jack Taylor Toyota to look at a Toyota Prius and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure salesman I worked with, Kevin, my wife and I had just come from another dealership where the salesman was ignorant about the products and kept leaving the desk, had no computer and lacked in inventory, we finally were so disgusted that we left. Kevin was low pressure and knowledgeable! we left after driving our car home and finding it did not fit in our garage but Kevin suggested we rearrange things and after wards, two days later, we returned and everything was in order, we were happy with the car and had no trade, Kevin wrote up a price that was well below invoice, I had expected to have to ask for some discount but the car was well priced and with the rebate even lower than we expected! the bonus was that we were allowed to put the purchase on our credit card and then transfer our old tags. to reiterate, we were totally pleased and will return to this dealership looking for Kevin any time we or someone else needs a new vehicle. Lastly, George the general manager was also very welcoming to us. please understand that I am not an easy purchaser, and I always negotiate, and end up at the manager desk talking about prices, this time, the salesman put a price in front of me that I could not refuse. They are prompt, informative, and if something unexpected occurs, I know immediately, and the staff step up to make sure everything works for my convenience, such as getting a loaner car if necessary. I have occasionally used other repair places, but have always come back to Jack Taylor's shop. More
