Pain-Free Car Buying Experience I reached out via their website requesting a price on a specific vehicle. In Jacob's first emailed response, he offered a price below what I sought. He answered follow-up questions promptly, and never pressured me to come in. When we arrived, the car was ready and the price remained what was promised ($10 less, in fact!). Roxie in finance did try to sell us some add-ons/warranty, but didn't push when we declined. Overall incredibly pleased with our experience. There were never any games. Instead of feeling like I was in a battle against the dealer, I felt like they were working with me. More

Buying experience was fine. Scheduling service e Nightmare! I found my Toyota Rav, experience and price was good. They startled pressuring to add extra packages. Then came time for 5000 mile check. Phone multiple times could never reach a live person. Today I called again, no answer again, pushed 0 for customer service. The lady said she was from accounting she could put me through, but it would be the same if I called myself, she said I should leave a message. Then she was rude and started lecturing me on how many phone calls they received and I can't expect them to answer the phone when they are busy! I was upset for being treated rudely, so I said I was going to call another dealer. She said Good, you should! I phoned Corvallis Toyota, they answered immediately. Appointment scheduled in one call. I am Very Disappointed 😞 More
Poor Service Department They had to replace the upper part of the dashboard in my 2017 Canyon with a new part. They did not install the new part, just reinstalled the one tha They had to replace the upper part of the dashboard in my 2017 Canyon with a new part. They did not install the new part, just reinstalled the one that was taken out. In the process, they scratched the lower part an marked up the window post. Very poor workmanship. I was told that I did not have make an appointment for an oil change and to just drive up to the place marked "Express Lube", then go inside to get it started. As soon as I pulled up, an old guy came out and said that I could park there and I had to have an appointment! Not everyone in the service department is on the same page and their so called Master Mechanic just uses brute force to try and fix things. I will never go back there and have found a new dealer to get my services done. More
It was just an oil change for Christ Sake. I had an appointment for 10:30 am Saturday. I got there at 10:20 they weren't done with my oil change until 1 PM. 2.5 hours for a simple oil change is I had an appointment for 10:30 am Saturday. I got there at 10:20 they weren't done with my oil change until 1 PM. 2.5 hours for a simple oil change is not acceptable especially from a dealership where you bought you car. I drove all the way to Albany from West Salem so this ended up taking up too much of my day. There was a guy with a diesel pickup that got there later than me at 11 am and he was finished and gone well be fore me. Very very poor customer service. More
