We drove 7 hours to purchase this vehicle after communicating with the dealership for weeks, expecting everything to be ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, that was not the case. But we couldn’t even go through with the deal, the car was still linked to the previous owner’s account, which meant we couldn’t even charge it. On top of that, the battery was not fully charged, and we were told it would take up to 12 hours to do so. When we test drove the vehicle, the battery performance was extremely concerning—it was dropping about 1.7% per mile. This was incredibly disappointing after traveling such a long distance. What made it worse was that the sales manager, Jim, did not seem concerned and did not offer any real solutions. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. More

Chad Cannon PATIENTLY worked with me for several hours! What a breath of fresh air! I worked with Cody, Tanner, and Tammy and they were absolutely amazing!! We got financed from home then went to the lot for a test drive once we were approved.
