Excellent service. After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediate After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediately and got us into a 2023 Leaf. Even though we were 75 miles away, he made sure the car was ready and helped us remotely until we could get up to the dealership. Once there, he made sure we didn't rush and took the time to study the car before buying. The finance manager, Hamid Safavi, was also incredibly helpful even though we were at the end of their day and worked with our lender to get the paperwork squared away, and is working across state lines to try and transfer plates from an old vehicle. Cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with an honest crew, and they restored the faith destroyed by our local dealer. More

Working with John Mann was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to find us a vehicle that met our needs and at price we could manage. He went so far as to look at incoming inventory. Allen Webb has a great manager in their service center and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak h and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak highly of the brand even though at times they take the brunt of consumer frustrations!! Nissan is lucky to have this service center to repesent the manufacture. The manufacturer needs to step up their game. More
I have a brand new Nissan rogue and the air conditioning went out in 100° heat. Even though they were overly busy in the service department the manager took my car right in and cleared the code and the AC w went out in 100° heat.
