If it comes on again I will return to see if a code can be determined. As I sat there for four hours I did observe how Curtis handled different situation with customers. He has a gracious personality that seem to be a comfort to customers who interacted with him. Hopefully my next appointment won't take four hours. More

Service on 2015 Murano As usual, the service department was awesome. They changed the oil, lubed the car and rotated the tires in a little over an hour. They are always exceptionally nice, courteous and efficient. I forgot my lifetime oil certificate and they were able to access the information for me even though they were updating their data base. He was most helpful, found the perfect truck, and the sale process went very smooth. My truck had small dent in passenger fender, but they fix it to new, and gave me a loaner in the meantime. 2016 Maxima passenger airbag My 2016 Maxima passenger airbag sensor was indicating improperly. The light indicates that no one is in the seat even though there is. The service dep My 2016 Maxima passenger airbag sensor was indicating improperly. The light indicates that no one is in the seat even though there is. The service department technician could not duplicate the problem and was not willing to replace the sensor as I requested. I understand intermittent problems are hard to troubleshoot. It disturbs me though that a safety issue such as airbag not deploying would be something that is allowed to just get worse. I hold Nissan responsible and liable in the event of an accident where airbags are not deployed. Leigh W. Potter More

However, it would seem the bumper to bumper plan does not cover quite a bit of things that seem to be going wrong with my car. I have had to spend more money to get my car fixed because the items that were and still are having problems with are conditions that were kept from me prior to and after the sale of the car. The problem is the warranty will not cover precondition issues. My question is how do I know it is a precondition issue until a week later after purchasing the car when I finally notice the problem. For a while my care spent more time in the service department then with me. More
Shady finance department They called me a week after I had purchased a truck to tell me the deal I had signed was voided and they would have to have me come in the next day to They called me a week after I had purchased a truck to tell me the deal I had signed was voided and they would have to have me come in the next day to sign at a higher interest rate. I told Cam the finance manager to hold off and let me secure a loan with my bank or I would just unwind the deal. After I secured a loan through my bank at a much lower rate, they somehow got my initial deal through, but only after knowing I had secured a better loan on my own. Avoid these guys at all cost. More
