They discovered that the strange sound was a plastic Rx bottle under the driver's seat rolling side to side when I turned mostly to the right and occasionally to the left!!! More
Disappointed Had appointment and was asked to wait for intake for 30 min beyond appointment time. Service agent also lied to me why I had to wait (said that person he was helping who arrived at same time as me had appt when she said right in front of me she did not have appointment.) Service agent said batteries in key fobs never need replacing (which was reason I was there). Clearly has NO right to consult around issues. Also the lot was packed and they damaged and scratched my bumper which I discovered as soon as I got home but can’t prove. I got new batteries but I should have gone to my local Infiniti dealer. Lesson learned! More

After agreeing to have them drop the pan they found metal shavings throughout. Curtis was so helpful working with the Nissan corporate office to get our transmission replacement taken care of under warranty. Once that was approved he completed the job in just a few days. Very professional and responsive. He was the best mechanic we have ever worked with. More

Great Car, but was it worth the trouble? We have been looking for a low cost car for my daughter who heads to college soon. We were surprised to find a major dealer with just such a vehicle. We have been looking for a low cost car for my daughter who heads to college soon. We were surprised to find a major dealer with just such a vehicle. 2010 Versa under 5k. We began communicating with the dealership via email, and it took about 2 weeks to get to see the car. When we got their, the staff treated us well and the car was what was advertised (although it had not yet been detailed, an odd thing after two weeks). We dealt with Manny over the internet, Heidi in person, AC the sales manager. After a test drive we began negotiations. I did not have high expectations, and that was about what I received. It was the usual process: (1) Our price is a no haggle price (which is then haggled) (2) First counter is higher than the sale process (3) Let me talk to my manager (4) Move numbers around to make the same number look different. This is all pretty standard in a dealership, so I really cannot ding them for it (but it is annoying). The only exceptions were that I had brought in my own financing through our own credit union, and they negotiated that rate, then ultimately failed to bring what they promised. Yes, you read correctly, they took the rate my CU promised and offered a better one, then at the close of sale the final papers reverted to my CU rates. After purchase I was told it would take a few hours to get the car detailed. I told them I was in no hurry, but driving back up from Oregon was really not going to cut it. They promised to deliver the car wither part way or all the way to my Oregon residence the next day. Here is where the negative portions of the review apply. It took a week for the car to be finished, and we had to call daily for that information, and we had to drive back to the dealership to get it. Finally - we requested a copy of all repairs and the car fax on the car. We have requested it through at least three different departments. We have been promised it for the last few weeks. We still have not received it. So I would say this - we are happy with our car, and think we got a fair price (as fair as we could hope through a major dealership). If your only concern is a good car for a good price, see this as a four star rating. But there were a lot of headaches in the process, more than I have experienced in past dealership issues. If I do receive my often requested paperwork, I will likely raise this rating a star. ******* EDIT OF MY REVIEW Just a few hours after posting this I did receive the documents I had requested. I am raising my review a star as this was one of my complaints. However, I was also impressed with what those documents revealed. The car I bought had actually received a thorough servicing by the dealership, including brakes and struts and battery. I am very impressed with this work and car on a used car, and I am raising my review a second star based on this information. More
I have taken my car in at least 3 to 4 times with issues Taking my car in 3 to 4 times having issues with my stereo my back hatch . They have had it a full day every time I’ve came in . They say they can’t duplicate it so they can’t do anything . Even though I have a video showing it doesn’t work . Last time I went in he said if it happens 3 to 4 times in a row then bring the car in again . I gave a five star only because it’s under warranty and it didn’t cost me anything . It’s a shame that I have to bring my car in so many times and they do not offer a car rental More
